In 14 days housekeeping swept and washed the floors 1x. 👎. The toilet was cleaned 1x, the day before we left👎. Bed was made every day, 👍, sheets only changed 2x in 2 weeks 👎. Towels were always picked up & replaced. 👍
Kitchens & bathrooms need major updates.
Grounds are very clean but chairs & lounges could be power washed more often.
Wonderful condo with everything you need ! Pools were spectacular and food at the restaurant was excellent. This property has all we were looking for and provided us with shuttle to the beach
The unit is in a well maintained time-share property. The accommodations are dated and could use some modern updates, but the unit had everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked well.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The on-site bars and restaurant are a great feature. A rental car is highly recommended as the unit isn't close to the beaches, restaurants etc.
With some investment of $$s this place would be a hidden gem.

Good for some but not for everyone
Large rooms, comfortable enough, everything was old and could use an update. accessible location, alot of seniors staying there. Didn’t expect to pay an additional 300 upon check in on top of what I paid Vrbo. Maybe I didn’t read the small print but I wasn’t happy about it. Read the small print. AC was good. Activities like Bingo were made fun by Mislady. One thing that really bothered me was there were a lot of cigarette smokers out on their balconies and porches polluting the air we were breathing. If you’re a non smoker might want to consider somewhere else. Pool bartender was nice as well.
Let me start by saying the staff at the property are super nice and polite. Very accommodating. My safe was not working on the 1st day. I called the front desk and maintenance had it fixed within mins.
I booked this trip to be a fun, inexpensive getaway for my birthday. I should have just stayed at another resort becausethe bottom-lined price turnedout to be the same money.. I checked- in and was immediately charged more taxes and fees on top of taxes and fees charged by expedia. On Expedia 's sited it clearly states taxes and fees are included in the charged price. Access to the beach is not walkable however the resort has a shuttle that will take you 3 days out of the week.
It is advisable if you stay at this resort to rent a car. If not, you will spend tons on taxis'
Would I say again, no. It would be worth it to take my money elsewhere with better check-in practices. I found the bait and swith very dishonest.
We had a great short stay! Close to everything and even though we had a car there was transportation to the beach if needed. Would definitely come back…
The unit was very clean. The staff was super nice. I liked that it had 2 separate pools. One side was quiet and relaxed the other side had music playing and very lively. Cons: no ice machines, the freezer in the room makes ice but it’s only enough for a couple drinks and takes forever to make more(needs to be updated). The wifi was terrible almost nonexistent. There are no condiments at all. No napkins only paper towels. No shampoo, conditioner etc. only a small bar of soap. The water fountain/water bottle filler was broken. So be prepared to bring the necessities. The restaurant/bar was very nice food was really good. I would recommend to stay here.
Now that the dust has settled, here is my review. The resort itself was nice. The pools, the restaurant, the people, etc made for a pleasant stay. The actual room was okay. Felt like it could use an update or two but we were pleased nonetheless. As far as location is concerned, taxis are ideal if you don’t want to walk 20-25 mins to downtown. The resort offers shuttle service but only to certain beaches, it stops at 4pm and doesn’t run on Saturday’s at all. Catching taxis wasn’t a problem especially when you deal with the same person thru out your stay. The few times we walked, we stopped by the local food trucks and some of the small restaurants that were tucked away and the food was EXCEPTIONAL!! Some of the best food we ever had. We would definitely visit again if we have our kids seeing as how everything was kid friendly and suitable for families.
