Relax and enjoy your stay in this inviting and stylish single family home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Charlotte. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, hard surface flooring throughout, and a deck off the kitchen overlooking an inviting fenced backyard, you'll feel right at home relaxing and enjoying your stay. Not to mention, the added convenience of being pet-friendly with breed restrictions enforced (additional fees apply). Your stress-free stay awaits you!
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
Quiet Time After 10:00 pm. This is in accordance with the local noise ordinance.
Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
No Smoking in the home. No exceptions.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
Turn lights off and A.C/Heat to 65 degrees when away.
Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.
No Parties or Events
PETS: Please clean up after your pet(s) in accordance with the local guidelines and common expectations. Upon your departure, this property will be assessed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if proper maintenance has not been adhered to.
