Luxury Renovated Lakehouse with Hot Tub and Pier

Stay At The Lake BnB is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchens are furnished with all needed appliances including two gas ovens, beautiful white granite countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning and snacks on the go! Enjoy your meals together around two dining room tables, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue in your own escape away from the hustle and bustle.

The newly renovated interior showcases two floors, which includes 4 large bedrooms with beautifully renovated attached en suite’s and enough added sleeping space for 14 comfortably. The den features its own sliding barn door for extra privacy and a gas fire place. The house boasts plenty of space for large groups or multiple families. Don’t let us forget to mention two kitchens, one on each level to ease your mornings. Beach passes included or hang your feet off the dock on our 50ft pier.

Take the included paddle boards out or book a private boat with us for the day or to take a sunset cruise. (From May to September). We have an excellent private chef that can provide an amazing brunch, happy hour appetizers or a sit down dinner! We also offer a driver for trips to downtown Lake Geneva, a short drive from the Lake House.

Great time on Lake Como

Had a great time, and loved the property! The hot tub was very warm and relaxing to use each night, and the backyard outdoor area had plenty of places to sit with friends and things to do. The view from both the lower and upper front decks of the lake is amazing. The house is incredibly modern and well furnished as well. Highly recommend, and we will be looking to come back next year and rent this same house for our guys golf trip!!

Beautiful home in Lake Geneva. My girls getaway for my retirement, was fantastic in this amazing in this 6 bedroom home. Very clean and beautifully furnished home. We had a great time! Hot tub was awesome.

Great friends getaway

What a lovely home! All the amenities (and more!) a group of friends would need for a quick getaway. Group of 12 women and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Would also work well for 2 families. So many great spaces, we couldn't decide where we wanted to hang out :-) Would definitley return.

Bridal Shower at the Lake

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Lake House. We rented the whole house for a destination Bridal Shower weekend to celebrate my daughter and her upcoming wedding. The house was perfect for the events. We enjoyed the beautiful views and relaxing time with our morning coffee on the big porch. The house manager was very helpful with delivering needed appliances and serving dishes. The hot tub was wonderful and outdoor space was nice for playing bags. Happy we found this new listing on VRBO when we did. The Lake House was perfect for the bridal shower event. Everyone had a great time!

Weekend Golf Trip

The location, size and beauty of this house was second to none. Lake life at its finest. Josh (owner) was very helpful with pointing out places to go for food and drink. Our group of 8 golfers will definitely be back.

A fantastic property that's been newly renovated. Plenty of rooms, two kitchens, beautiful location. The property owner even brought our group Coffee and Pastries each morning. Best VRBO rental I have ever experienced!!! Josh was great.

Perfect Lake House

This newly renovated house was perfect for our family vacation, with our six grandchildren. What made it even more special, was the extra attention we received from Josh. Any issue that came up, no matter how small, he immediately responded and made it right. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them busy. There were games, bags, and water sports equipment. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun lake house. Sudi was a great host.

Family Reunion

The house was almost exactly as pictured - very nice. The place had great amenities and was well stocked. The property manager was terrific. He was readily available and could not have been more accommodating to anything we requested. It is a great place to stay for a large group.

Perfect getaway!!

We stayed at the Lake House for a family reunion. It was just wonderful! The new renovations are spot on for a beach house. We took advantage of every amenity! Our family made great memories on our special weekend. Can’t wait to come back! Also, want to give a shoutout to Josh the house manager. He was available whenever we needed something and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Thank again Josh! Lake Geneva Lake Shore Dr Rental

Our stay in Lake Geneva WI was great. What a beautiful house with terrific views and access to quite Lake Como. We really enjoyed all the outdoor accessories available with this rental. Our property manager Josh was outstanding! Very customer service orientated and his open lines of communication with us was very helpful. We (six older adults) really enjoyed our stay and are ready to book this unit again. Thanks for adding so much to our Lake Geneva WI get away.

Family at the lake house

Nice property on the lake, beautiful views and quite setting. Newly remodeled with some minor work left to do. Property manager took good care of us and solved any questions we had. Enjoyed our evenings on the patio with the fire pit.

Great hosts

Very nice and accommodating hosts for our family trip celebrating anniversary. Enjoyed the perfect layout for our group while also able to spread out enjoying the 2 floors of living and bedroom space. Lake access and walking distance to 2 local restaurants/bars was an added bonus.

I have been purchasing high end luxury properties in fantastic locations for the last 10 years. I love searching and finding the best properties then renovating them for families to make great memories and enjoy time together in beautiful places and spaces.

Why they chose this property

When I travel I look for great amenities, new and clean! This house is in a perfect location. I am very excited to offer familes and friends a large home with plenty of space to spread out with 2 kitchens and living spaces but also enjoy time together. Lake Geneva is the perfect place for to get away and enjoy so many great activies, festivals, ice castles and lake living.

What makes this property unique

My sisters and I always wanted to take a vacation with all our kids (4 adults and 8 kids) but we could never find a house large enough to accommodate all of us in a lake town. This house is unique because it has 2 separate living spaces with 2 separate kitchens and family rooms. Every room in the house has a view of the lake. This is a commercial property built as a bed and breakfast with a licensed commercial pier however I have found that groups want the larger combined space. In order to keep it as a commercial use we have a separate owners unit on property.
