*Construction Notice- Please read before booking. The Palms HOA will be doing a large scale construction project 9/18/2023-5/17/2024.*
-11/13/23-1/26/24 Unit 1014 will be completely closed for rentals.
-9/18/23-11/13/24 and 1/27/24- 2/23/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building.
-2/24/24-5/17/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

Excellent Stay

We were very happy with the property itself. Beautiful views, pictures accurate to what was listed, no issues with parking. Only disappointing factor was there really wasn't anything within walking distance.

Loving my Ocean biew

Love the place EXCEPT the parking situation It really was discouraging, especially considering my age, and having young grandchildren with me, not to have parking spaces, especially after paying a parking fee and having 2 parking passes. I did enjoy the location, but not sure I could deal with the parking situation again.

Girls Trip

We enjoy our stay. Condo was very well equip with all items we needed to cook. A lot more then most units would have. Very clean if I must say. I know we are at a beach but the floors had no sand grit on them like most places do that we have stayed at.

Birthday Trip

I had absolute amazing time. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The condo looks just as it does on Vrbo. I didn’t have any issues during our stay. The management team was in constant contact with us throughout our duration to make sure that it was an enjoyable time. The location is near different restaurants and shopping which added to an amazing trip. I will be staying again.

This condo was clean and well appointed, and it had a fantastic view of the Gulf. We especially appreciated the large balcony with plenty of seating. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

View is fantastic, so is the location. Check in was so easy and every time I texted a question they were very quick to respond. The balcony is wonderful, ate most of our meals out there. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

It is on the 10th floor beachfront with a balcony which was amazing. There is a Publix super close and with a kitchen to make meals this was super nice. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. Check-in was rough for us. We got into the area well before check-in time, but you cannot be on property til you check-in and get a parking pass. Would have been nice to be able to park and wait on the beach. We couldn’t talk to anyone. Everything was done through text. When we got to the condo, a wet rag was left on the bed, and the dishes in the cabinets were not very clean. The utensils in the kitchen are old and some of the knives weren’t sharp enough. The shower curtains were a bit moldy. We made some smoothies, but the blender was lower end so they didn’t mix well. So overall the location and. The beach were great. The beds were good. Just the cleanliness and the quality of kitchen stuff was not.

Maintenance required

Some maintenance needed, laundry doors, light switch inoperable in front bedroom, master carpet torn. Also could upgrade some kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Coffee pot needs cleaning or replaced takes over 20 min to make a pot of coffee, refrigerator and freezer both smelled of fish, need cleaning or at minimum baking soda for odor.

Disappointed no covered area to unload and load, especially when we had rain several of our 5 days. Patio cushion and rug appeared worn with stain on rug. King bed very creaky. Area of frayed carpet going into bathroom. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo.

Easy access to the beach

Great condo on top floor. Easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Pool is small but we didn’t use it since the ocean was warm and perfect.
