My friend and I arrived at night to see the place was already occupied.
Our first call to the manager/owner wasn’t answered, but one of the staff was there and helped us out.
In the end we stayed in one of the unoccupied larger houses that night and moved to the staff cabin the next morning.
When the manager/owner reached out, they apologized and gave us a small discount for the hassle.
Can’t really comment on the place we booked, but the places they had us stay at were pretty nice.

The place was close to the park entrance, the bed was very comfy, and there was plenty of space.
Some challenges we ran into were that the water stopped working midday, and when it came back on it ran muddy for a bit as air and debris pushed through the line. That’s nothing the owner could have prevented, just unlucky timing. Bigger concerns were the state of the kitchen and in general the cabin. Certainly it’s dated and in need of care and cleaning, but it does provide a warm, safe place to stay for the night. Chances are you’re out there hiking and only need to be in the cabin for a place to sleep. I would recommend checking if the bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cups, etc are clean before you use them. I found several items that needed a soak or washing which had been put into a cupboard.
Just know that this place is older, in need of some TLC, and won’t give you rustic cabin vibes that you might be looking for. It served its purpose as a place to stay and hold our things while we hiked. The bed is the best part- very comfy.
My only concerns about the check in process were that less than 24 hrs before our arrival I still had not gotten entry instructions. I called and left a message, and emailed, and the email was returned promptly with instructions, however it wasn’t addressed to my name- it just got copied from another email previously sent I’m sure, but it didn’t inspire confidence. I say if you need a budget place to stay and aren’t picky, it’ll do.

Cabin was double booked
We reserve the cabin 2 months prior and last day for full refund was one month from our stay. The cabin was booked with somebody else on the day we were to arrive. Management never described the property to us or the area. Did not receive the code to enter the property property prior to arriving and and they thought we were somebody else when we had a confirmation email.
Initial impression was mountain rustic. But inside a number of upgrades especially to bathroom, and kitchen was quite functional. Bed very comfortable. Living room ok but could use a lamp in dark corner. Maybe a pillow for each sofa. Got fine intro to good options for eating. Right by park entrance.
