It's conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Sunriver Village or Fort Rock Park featuring sports fields, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a playground. It's 40 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. Great amenities including 4 adult bikes, hot tub, 3 TVs, and all new beds.

The Space:
This beautiful and cozy home is right in with nature. Completely surrounded by trees you'll never want to leave! A 2 BR, 2 BA home off Ashwood Drive with easy access to sharc Aquatic Facility. Bring the whole family because the home comes with 6 unlimited sharc passes!

This home has an easy to access loft that has 2 queen beds with a TV and DVD system and a full bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom with a TV and DVD player and a full bathroom. When you walk into the living room you'll be greeted with a cozy gas fireplace with a smart TV. Take in the gorgeous views while sitting on a large sectional sofa drinking a nice hot cup of coffee. To your right you will have a beautiful kitchen with tile countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine. Get together for a wonderful family meal here!

Walk out the backdoor to a beautiful deck equipped with patio furniture, a gas grill, and a hot tub! Enjoy a relaxing time out in nature while sitting in the hot tub. Grill up burgers and hot dogs on the grill. There's so much to do while just in the home!

Sunriver is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon, where we enjoy 300 days of sunshine and a climate that is perfect for year-round activities. Mt. Bachelor is a quick 30–45-minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the inspiring Cascade Lakes are near bye. Enjoy golfing at Sunriver Resort Golf Course, bike along Benham Falls, kayak the Deschutes River, hike Paulina Creek Falls, white water rafting, ski Mt. Bachelor, rock climbing and more. It's easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including the hot tub and bikes. This excludes one owner storage outside.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the center of Sunriver, near the sharc, Fort Rock Park and easy access to The Village. Hop on one of the many bike paths just outside of the home and get lunch at Blondies Pizza (1.3 miles), or a drink at Sunriver Brewing (1.4 miles)

Nice place for a getaway! Train comes through.

I was very impressed with how spacious clean and organized this place was!!!!! Smelled great! Lots of space for storage. Would never think any pets even stayed there. The loft area is so big and amazing. The things i would add is low water pressure bathroom shower main level. showered upstairs only. Mattress is very firm just so others know in case they have issues with that. Train is in the backyard which runs through here and there including nites but nothing too crazy. It bothered my bf. I wear earplugs lol. I think the train should be listed in the description for this place. I saw reviews about train but had no idea back of house lol. Salt peper but rest bring seasonings and bring sugar. Oil is provided there. Overall, great place!!!! Nice open view!!!! Perfect for small pet and even 2 couples.

Best Friends Birthday Weekend Getaway

Great property for a small group. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The hot tub was a must have and didn’t disappoint.

Very cute and cozy!

This was the cutest house! Very comfortable and cozy and was the perfect size for 2-4 adults. The house was very clean and is well appointed. The newer cruiser bikes were super nice. Will definitely book again.

Nice location

Enjoyed our stay it was the perfect size for us. Would have been great for a family of 4 as well. Used the kitchen every day. The only thing you need to bring are spices and foil. Great Keurig coffee maker, single serve or a carafe. If there were some shelves in the downstairs bathroom it would be super helpful. No drawers so everything is out on the counter. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Delightful place

My teen and I stayed here and it was the most delightful space. We were able to keep the house at a reasonable temperature on the main floor and the loft. It's close to everything we needed. It was great for our nuggets and the area was super quiet. We saw deer, bats at night, and had an adoreable family of chipmucks we could watch while eating on the patio.

Wonderful Sunriver Cabin!

Incredibly happy with our stay! Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, easy access and amenities, and overall wonderful experience. Only suggestions would be more decor outside in the back and to fix the back door that sticks (hard to open for smaller kids). Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

Summer time fun

My family stayed with our dog. Nice cozy cabin. One bedroom and a two queen open loft. Has 3 TVs and nice WiFi. The kids enjoyed the SHARC center pool slides and the lazy river. Overall great. Check the cabin hot tub the chlorine might have been a bit high. Nice fenced deck with the private hot tub.

Ashwood Nine Stay

Our family of four had a great time at the Ashwood Nine house. Check-in was very smooth and the house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc, which is fairly atypical for many rentals. We loved being able to bike to Fort Rock for pickleball, the SHARC, and the Sunriver Village. There is a rail line that is visible from the property, and I enjoyed seeing trains come through periodically (but not so often as to be a disturbance). We had a great time!

This property is as advertised my family loved it.

Me & my son watched Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom together before bed need I say more? Just be aware if your goal is to go to the SHARC make sure your aware of the hours as recreational swim was closed on the day we had planned.

Great location

The overall house was as listed however the floors were sticky we had to wipe them down, the TV speaker system was hard to figure out and when we called to ask what we needed to do the person said she would get ahold of Maintenace to walk us through it and they never called so we worked on it ourselves and it took 15 minutes to get the speakers to work. There are no spices, this needs to be mentioned so other will know to bring their own. We wanted to turn on the fireplace and the instruction book said the switch was on the wall, tried all the switches on the walls and the next day found the switch on the back of the fireplace. The outlet in the downstairs bathroom didn't work, had to run back and forth to heat up my curling iron.The layout of the house and beds were great as was the deck, didn't use the hot tub. I generally don't write this much in reviews only feel these things should be attended to so others aren't disappointed.

For a couple and a dog, this property was just the right size. We were so pleased with the clean and comfortable home. The hosts thought of everything we might need. We would definitely book it again.

Cozy

Cozy little place in a quiet town. There's the occasional train and pack of coyotes but it's nothing significant. Lots of little shops around to get whatever you might need. Amenities on the property were exactly as outlined and more than sufficient for the stay.
