DETAILS: 69 Johnston Lane is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Carriage House in beautiful Rosemary Beach that sleeps 6. Guests will enjoy views of the Cabana Pool, the premium Viking and Bosch kitchen appliances in the full kitchen, and being mere steps from dining, shopping, and beach access.
Guests access the Carriage House directly from an outside stair. Stepping inside, guests will see an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a high vaulted ceiling and a winding spiral staircase. Guests can relax on a sofa and chairs that surround a 55” TV or dine at a fantastic wood dining table that seats 6. The full kitchen is luxuriously appointed with rich, custom cabinetry, a gas cooktop, and premium Viking and Bosch appliances. Off the living area is a guest bedroom with a king bed, 60” TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. A door from the living area opens to a balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
Up the spiral staircase is a loft area with a full-over-full bunk bed and a grouping of bean bag chairs perfect for late-night chats or curling up for an afternoon nap.
