The Condor Nest is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, plus loft with a queen sleeper couch. Over 2300 sq. ft. private home in delightful downtown Dunedin! Front and back porches. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown’s-breweries, shops, parks, restaurants and marina. We also have the waterfront at the end of our street and incredible sunsets along historical Victoria Drive. Jump on the Pinellas biking trail (45 miles) across the street and explore our great little town! Also, a short drive or trolley ride to Caladesi Island or Clearwater Beach. New heated pool opening January 2024!

2025 Spring Training

Very nicely equipped house as advertised. Location is walking distance to downtown. A number of restaurants and brew pubs within 5 minutes. Easy to get to. Was advertised as heated pool but pool was not heated. Having said that we did not mention anything so I am sure it would not have been a problem. Very roomy inside

Great downtown location

This property is in a great location to walking to the center of town shop, eat, catch the trolly go to breweries and bars. Katie was a great help with information. The pool was cleaned every day. Spacious home with screened patio and a front porch would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in Dunedin. The condo had everything you could ask for and its location is just perfect. The downtown Dunedin vibe was amazing and offered lots of fun things to do. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect Stay in Dunedin

This house was perfect for our family stay in Dunedin! It has a very spacious, open floor plan with large bedrooms and plenty of room to relax both indoor and outdoor. And the private pool was a bonus. It was walking distance to Dunedin's many restaurants, shops, coffee spots and breweries. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Amazing property!

This place is a gem! The property is in impeccable condition too. The owners take a lot of pride to make the stay amazing. This is our 4 year staying and every time it’s an improvement! Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great experience....

We truly enjoyed the stay at this property. Close to Downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Beach and wonderful walks along the Gulf of Mexico. We look forward to doing this again next year.

Live large in Dunedin

This house was everything we expected and so much more. It is super clean, with a well stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans dishes, spices). Lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs. Ping Pong table was great for jigsaw puzzles. No problem sharing the generous sized pool and hot tub with the residents of the adjoining property. Lots of space to lounge including screened in porch off of the kitchen. Incredible location. It's a 5 minute walk down quiet Victoria Drive to downtown Dunedin. Easy to access Pinellas trail with traffic light at Skinner Blvd and flashing protected crossings at numerous locations south of Dunedin. Securely store bicycles in the space under the house. We've already booked for next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay- great location, generous space for 2 generational ( plus pets) stay. The new pool will be a great addition with a bit warmer weather. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Best vacation ever!

Beautiful and roomy home in fantastic location. Convenient to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island (great shelling!). Easy walk to downtown Dunedin shops, restaurants and breweries. One block off Panellis Trail, which the kids loved biking. You can take a picturesque stroll along the waterfront, less than a block from the house. House has both a comfortable front porch and screened-in back porch. The ping pong table was a great amenity that kept the kids entertained (and off their screens) when we weren’t outside. We will definitely return!

Wonderful home and location!

The house has a wonderful layout with plenty of space to move around and enjoy different activities. Lovely kitchen with room to feed many and love the family area and ping pong table. On the same floor. Screened porch with tv was a nice bonus. We had various family members over the holiday and so much fun with all the great space. Walked to the pier and along the Pinellas trail daily and so close to great restaurants and shops. A real gem.

We enjoyed our stay at the Condors Nest!

The home was very spacious, it had a great kitchen to cook in, and a nice kitchen island and dining room table for the family. The screened-in porch was really nice and comfortable, a perfect place to sit while having our morning coffee. The ping pong table in the den was really fun, and there was a large TV for us to watch at night. The home was in a great location- quick drive to the beautiful beach of Honeymoon Island, and an easy walk into town. We enjoyed walking on Victoria Drive in the evenings to watch the sunset. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and would come back and stay here again!
