Reviewer Comments:
This location is close to all the St. George street shops and restaurants, we walked over there every day. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom could use a couple hooks and/or a small table but was manageable. We love old houses and this seems to be an early 1900's build with a cute porch and built-in cabinet. We recommend this property as long as guests are able to navigate stairs as this is a second-floor property. There is so much to do in this area, we only scratched the surface in our short 4-night stay. We'll have to come back!
Freshly remodeled so it was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Everything necessary to make the stay complete. It was also convenient to the main streets downtown but far away enough to be quiet in the evening. Will be our first choice when visiting St Augustine again.
We come to St. Augustine a lot and would definitely rent this place again. It is close enough so you can walk to everything in the historic quarters but far enough so you can enjoy peace and quiet. You are about two blocks behind Flagler College and have an off street parking space. The only things I feel it was missing and truly need are:
1. A full length mirror hung somewhere in the unit. 2. Window coverings in the living room for some privacy and to filter the light, especially in the evening when the sun is setting.
Otherwise absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Sevilla Place.

Reviewer Comments:
My new husband and I stayed here 5 days for our wedding weekend. We had a lot of family & friends come in from out of town to enjoy the sites and vibe so we spent a lot of time with them before and after, but we were also doing a lot of last minute prep so needed to be away from the noise. Sevilla was the perfect distance to and from the historic district, and the perfect size for 2 people to say (had room for more people, but was also a great size for all our stuff.) Our bridal party got ready at the Sevilla and we took some very charming pre-wedding photos ~ the living area has gorgeous, bright, natural light. The manager accommodated us with extra parking. The porch was nice and quiet for morning coffee. We had a wedding after-party at Meehan's that took us all of 8 minutes to walk "home" from. The master bed was so comfy, you sink right in. The only thing I'll say is make sure you know where the keys are (I'm notoriously bad at losing my keys) b/c you need them to lock the door. Also, be prepared to climb those stairs. Last thing is we either couldn't find the porch light for sitting out there at night, or it wasn't working. Still, no real complaints whatsoever.

We rented this top floor unit but renovations on the downstairs unit were finished sooner than expected. The owner offered us the chance to move there on our second day. We even had help moving ecerything down! The downstairs unit is spacious, comfortable, newly renovated. Wonderful!! There's an enclosed porch - perfect for reading & eating. The furniture throughout is comfortable. The owners & property manager were very accessable. The location is perfect to walk to St George St with shops & restaurants. We would definitely rent this downstairs unit again!
This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy St. Augustine. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The porch out front was a nice spot to sit and have breakfast, and just hang out on when it rained. Could not beat the location - easy walk everywhere.
This was the perfect location for my family. We have 2 daughters 9 and 10 and the walk to the main streets was amazing. Everything was easy and the house was perfect!
We stayed an extended weekend. We really loved this place. The bed is really comfy and there is plenty of hot water for a shower.we like the location it is walking distance to everything. Downtown, winery and distillery. You can even catch the hop on hop off right by potter's wax museum. We will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for walking to all that St Augustine has to offer. We loved exploring and were able to enjoy the city as a family. It is also walking distance to a wonderfull park. Parking was included and made everything very easy.
Overall, my family and I had a great time and really enjoyed the house. Only real complaint was the fans/lights in both bedrooms. They seem to be on the same frequency/circuit so when you used the remote in one room, it turned on the fan/lights in the other room. It made it difficult at night with getting small children to sleep. But overall we had a blast and the house was very comfortable!

Reviewer Comments:
Excellent, easily walkable location but away from all the chaos and traffic. Loved having a parking space. The "home" was very clean. Bedding was comfortable but could have used a few more pillows. Kitchen was adorable and well appointed. Washer and dryer was so nice to have access to! Porch is so cute but overrun with mosquitoes so hard to fully enjoy... it is Florida after all so that is understandable. A few things could make the space a little homier - a full length mirror was missed by us 3 ladies, curtains/blinds on the main space room would have been a nice touch (especially if someone is sleeping on the pullout), and the shower curtain hooks need replaced because every time we opened or shut the curtain they all fell off the rod (a small thing that produces an unbelievable amount of frustration or rage, depending on who you ask. lol). The place is definitely adequate but I wouldn't say luxurious, but we also didn't pay luxury prices. If you are looking for a good quality place to stay, you'll get it here. If you're looking for a magical, special, pampered typed of space, this might not be it, but that's ok because it was as advertised.

Little Details Can Go A Long Way
We want to start with the positives:
1,) So very close to all the St. Augustine Fun and Restaurants. Very convenient and all walkable!
2.) Plenty of Towels and Linens.
3.) Plenty of Hot Water and Water Pressure
4.) A certain level of quaintness and charm to this older home
With that being said, here is a list of things we think could be improved upon:
1.) Cleanliness- Smelled like an older home. Not fresh. Stains on the area rugs, Lamp shade that had stains. stains on linens.
2.) Very small bathroom with very little updating. Plastic Shower curtain with some mold, rusted shower curtain rings, very old faucets. No counter space and no dresser/mirror in bedrooms to be back up in the bedrooms for getting ready . All the mirrors were hung too high.
3.) Twin bed mattress was very uncomfortable.
This home could be so nice with just a little more attention to the details.
Clean, well appointed apartment in a great location only a few blocks from the historical district. Loved the off street parking in the driveway. Parking is at a premium in the area.
