Cute and Comfortable

This property was just as described and pictured. It is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is beachy and cute. The hostess is amazing. She has provided everything to help make her guests feel welcomed and comfortable. She stays in communication with her guests and is very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Leslie for helping us have a great vacation!

Great family vacation!

Leslie was an absolute fantastic host. Very responsive and detailed for all check in/check out information. The unit was tastefully decorated and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay was wonderful! Leslie had everything we could need just as she described. She even had an emergency phone drying kit and and extra chargers. I had a slight issue when we got there. Forgot to print the email with the check in details and couldn’t get in.Leslie called me back immediately and got us in. We will for sure stay here again!! Can’t think of anything negative to say. It was extremely clean and in a perfect location. Could walk pretty much everywhere.

Great place ~ very clean and has a lot of added amenities provided by owner. I’d recommend adding a full size kitchen trash can. The small one under the sink is not sufficient. The only other recommendation I have is mentioning on VRBO that the unit is behind the unit that faces parking lot. I have stayed in this complex before and from the pics provided it appeared that this did but it did not. All and all a really great place that is nicely decorated and taken care of.

Beach getaway

Check in was super easy. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It was also well stocked with whatever you would need in the kitchen and in the beach shed! I was very welcoming and inviting. We had a wonderful time playing family games and eating dinner on the deck. It was a quick walk to the beach and back each day. Everything was very well thought out.

Perfect Spaces Amenities and Location

This place is super clean and that made us want to keep it clean. It has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation and it’s got some good food In walking distance. My family enjoyed spending time in both of the available pools and in the outdoor courtyard. We stayed for 7 nights and felt very comfortable in the family friendly environment of the community. The internet is reliable and faster than our home service. The televisions are user friendly and top notch picture quality. We really liked staying here in 2023 and hopefully we will get to return in the future.

Absolutely an A+ Experience

I rented this condo for my cousin (age 46) and his 2 teenage daughters (15 & 14 years old) to stay in. I own a home in this same community, but it’s too small to add 3 more people to, so I rented this condo to house my cousin and his 2 daughters. The condo was exactly as advertised. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and happy to discover the condo was in such fantastic shape! It was neat, tidy, clean, and organized when we arrived. The property owner, Leslie, could not have been better. She was so nice, kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. Here’s an example - I was eager to get down to the beach early (to avoid traffic). I knew our check in time wasn’t until 4 PM. She got the condo cleaned earlier for us and we were able to get in to the condo 5 hours early, at 11 AM! How amazingly kind is that? She absolutely did not need to grant us permission to enter early, but she did. She’s awesome like that! Our experience with the home we rented + the service we were given by the homeowner was truly a 10/10 exceptionally positive experience! Thank you Leslie, for everything! Family memories were made and my heart is so full!

Perfect family beach getaway

It was every bit as good as previous reviews said. From the patio to the deck to the living room & bedrooms, this villa is decorated so beautifully, like walking into a seaside resort. The blues & greens are calming & inviting. The air conditioning is the best we’ve had in any VRBO home—it took JO work and we stayed comfortable even in the July heat. Living spaces: the sectional is comfy & the TV mounted to move easily to the audience. Great sound & smart TV. WiFi is easy to connect into. Comfy throw pillows, blankets, coasters and end tables, books, games, puzzles. Awesome! Bedrooms & bathrooms: the twin over full and full bed made for the perfect room for our kids (12, 10, 4). The beautiful attached bathroom had both a great tub and a separate shower —which made returning from the beach and cleaning off easier. The bedroom with the queen and attached bath was perfect for us as a couple, space away from the early rising kids, and TV to watch the latest Jack Ryan season without waking our sleeping kids at night. Kitchen: I am not a gusher, but this was the best-stocked kitchen I have been in for a rental. 2 really good knives (I often travel with my own), plenty of quality pots & skillets, etc, gadgets & serving ware. Lots of dishes & silverware, cups & glasses. Even Starbucks reusable cold cups for discounts @ walkable Starbucks. Location: amazing! 7-12 min walk from lovely beach. Pools & tennis ct were great! Beach equipment— handy! Deck: beautiful!

The girls loved the indoor pool! Short walk to the beach. Couch was very comfy and spacious. Loved that there were coffee k-cups provided! The girls loved the provided bath bombs and snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Perfect Stay. We were in the area for a dance competition and so happy we came across Leslie’s listing. The house was comfy, perfect, and has everything you need. Walking distance to the beach, shopping,restaurants, community amenities and a 15 min drive to the convention center. Leslie was a great host, communication was great and she provided us with tips to see the 4th of July fireworks on the bay (best fireworks that we’ve seen). Thank you again for opening your home for our stay. 100% recommend this property if you are planning a stay in OC!!

Perfect condo

Family vacation. Had an absolute wonderful time, the condo was perfect. Even better then the pictures portray. We were all extremely happy, nice location 7 min walk to beach, 5 min to food,gas etc. Nice amenities indoor/outdoor pool tennis court. Very clean and welcoming Condo inside and outside. Leslie was wonderful great communication. Highly recommend! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

A little gem in Ocean City

Our stay at this condo in Ocean City was perfect. The condo is immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosy was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions(of whichvwe had few of) We particularly liked the location where beach was easily accessible by walking and also far enough away from the busy boardwalk of Ocean City and thus in a quieter area. I would highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Ocean City

Loved this condo!

The condo is even nicer in person than the pictures show. The place is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. The owner's have literally thought of every little convenience possible. For example: there a small sound machine on the bedside table in the master bedroom that plays nature sounds and white sound to help relax you to sleep. That's just one example - but there more. Owner's communication is outstanding! The neighborhood in general is clean, quiet and I felt safe. There are a lot of conveniences around. Multiple restaurants and a Food Lion right around the corner. I'd definitely stay here again! Perfect!

This condo is a gem!

We had the most fabulous time in this condo and will definitely be back. I rented it for myself, my two daughters and they each brought a friend (4 girls total and 1 adult). There was plenty of space! The girls had a room to share and their own bathroom, giving me my own room & bathroom, plus common living room, and upstairs & downstairs deck/patio. The kitchen was well equipped and clean! The decor was beachy and super cute. The owner communicated clearly and was thoughtful. They thought of everything; smart TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, books, I could go on and on. The beach is in walking distance- 7 minute walk is right on point. Great location. Highly recommend!

Great beach condo

Our family stayed here for 3 nights, and it was great. The condo is set up well for families - the bunkroom and a bathroom on one side of the living room & kitchen, adult room and another bathroom on the other. The neighborhood is a little off the main throughway and is very quiet. We ate every meal on the porch enjoying the breeze! The outdoor pool in the complex is also lovely. Bring your sunscreen and your hat, though, there are no umbrellas or shade there. Easy to walk and pickup food (or ice cream!) from the condo, a nice bonus. The walk to the beach was as advertised, but probably took us closer to 10mins with two small kids propelling themselves. The property was very clean and well appointed. And the hosts are delightful! Helpful with questions and making sure we got in ok, had the amenities information well labeled and organized inside, and they are currently going above and beyond to help us with an epic quest to recover a misplaced stuffie. All in all, would definitely recommend this place for a beach trip!

An awesome vacation find

This property was perfect for our 3 teenage kids. They enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The property was a short walk to the beach. Shopping was close. There were many restaurants and shops. There was also a gate to easily shop at the Food Lion. We enjoyed the fireworks which were a few blocks away. We also had a cookout on the grill provided on the patio. The patio and deck was fully furnished. The property was neat and everything was new. The owners thought of everything we would need.
