Welcome to the Lazy Escape, a luxury gated estate. This new vacation home has been completely renovated with a relaxed modern décor. The Lazy Escape is a single story spacious home that offers the perfect layout for a family vacation, couples trip or a girls/boys weekend getaway. Accommodations for a memorable stay include fast wifi, pool table, relaxing backyard with a heated pool, full size pickle ball court, basketball court, ping pong table and fire pit. Centrally located and much more.

You'll love vacationing here. The Lazy Escape offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with 3200 sf of space sitting on close to half an acre, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a powder room and 2 separate living spaces. Spend your day relaxing in this beautiful desert backyard. Enjoy swimming in the heated pool, sunbathing on the loungers, playing a game of pickle ball, basketball, and ping pong. The backyard features several different places for guests to comfortably sit and relax. In the evening, watch the picturesque sunset from the backyard with your favorite cocktail and then gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows. When you are ready to retreat inside, you'll enjoy hours of fun with the family playing pool and board games at the game table, and when it's bedtime for the kids, the adults can continue the fun trying their luck at some card games. If you are mixing business with pleasure on your trip, fast Wi-Fi and a workspace is provided for your use.

Location is ideally situated near many amenities including restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and hiking trials. Quick and easy access to the loop 101 freeway. Attractions that are about 5 minutes away are the Arizona Cardinal Stadium, Coyote Arena, Tanger Outlet Mall, Top Golf, Desert Diamond Casino and Westgate Entertainment Center. Other attractions that are a short commute away are Peoria Sports Complex and many other Spring Training Stadiums, Hurricane Harbor Water Park, Lake Pleasant, Scottsdale, Arrowhead mall, Wildlife World Zoo and Talking Stick casino. You can take a daytrip to Flagstaff or Sedona which are only a couple of hours away. Wonderful Getaway

I cannot explain how wonderful our stay was. I have 13 year old twins (boy/girl) and a 17 year old son. Not once did I hear I’m bored. There was something for each child. My children didn’t even want to leave the house because there was so much to do. Rob was amazing. Our stay was originally for February break but my son broke his leg playing hockey right before the trip. Rob was so understanding and worked with us to move the trip to April. I fell in love with Arizona on this trip. We went to Sedona, saw Montazuma’s Castle, hiked Agua Fria, and ate at LoLo’s. We played Topgolf and Popgolf. The proximity of the house was great to get a lot of things in.

Wonderful Spring Break

Great home. Our family loved the house. The kids swam in the pool almost every day. Only complaint was that the ping pong table/net was broken but that didn’t keep us from playing. Pickleball court was fun for the kids, but was sloped and had limited space on one side for serving, etc..

An incredible week at a beautiful home!

You definitely need to stay here!! We had our kids and grandkids come join us. With the pickleball, pool table. board games and pool, there was always something for everyone to do. We had super prompt response from the owner. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 6 ( kids ages 11-18) had SO MUCH FUN! The house was full of stuff to do, super clean, actually matched the photos on the listing & the owner was so good at communicating and being accommodating! There wasn’t a can opener and he had one delivered within hours! We will definitely stay here again and the stay is worth every penny! You’ll love this rental for you family!

Wife’s Bday and Seahawks weekend!

Beautiful property with plenty of room! We had 8 adults that thoroughly enjoyed the House and all the sporting options in the backyard. Very satisfied in every aspect! My wife won 14K at the casino and the Seahawks win! Very memorable weekend! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home!

We had such a nice visit to see our daughter and our new granddaughter. This house was perfect for having them over, hanging out by the pool and my boys playing on the basketball court as well as playing pickle ball. Perfect location to the shops and restaurants. The property managers were excellent and quick to respond when I had a few questions. I would definitely recommend this VRBO, 5 stars.

WHAT A GEM!!!!!!!

This VRBO is AMAZING!!! Let's start with the house. Somehow it is bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. Freshly remodeled with a clean, crisp, modern vibe, the designer paid close attention to details. The decor is whimsical, comical, and super chill. Beds are comfortable, with plenty of lush pillows. The master bath is a dream come true... make time for a soak in the tub! Kitchen is spacious, with high end appliances and a large pantry (stocked with essentials.. trash bags, paper towels, seasonings, etc). Plenty of tools for your indoor and outdoor cooking needs. The game room is an awesome hang out with a massive tv and pool table. Let's be honest. coming from Minnesota, we were not traveling to AZ to sit inside... it was the BACKYARD that sold us. And, it did not disappoint. The pool was clean and the perfect temp (we did pay for heating). Pool design is perfect for littles with the large shallow sun deck (there is a spot to insert the umbrella for shade) or the sun bather looking to get extra crispy. The "grass" turf was divine to just chill in, picnics for the kids, and sun bathing. The sports court was a blast with pickle ball and basketball (all accessories provided). The pergola was a great spot to relax with a bit of shade. Patio area was awesome for meals and ping-pong. Also a great spot for the kids to chill out of the sun and watch a show on the outdoor TV (or if all the stars align nap while the parents still enjoyed the pool and backyard). Yes, there is a blender and it got plenty of use! The wood burning fire pit was the perfect spot for a night cap, especially in the spring when the evenings get cool. The hosts were outstanding. From a small welcome gift for the kids to little details and super quick response times, they made our stay relaxing and effortless. And, they went above and beyond, sending donuts for the kids on the one rainy cold day. We stayed as a family of 10 - 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 elementary age, and 2 toddlers. It was perfect! Thank you so much for having us!
