With a total of 6 bedrooms with 7 beds and 4 bathrooms (2 bathrooms feature double sinks), this holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 14 VIP guests in beds and is perfect for large family groups, gatherings of friends or Executive group getaways. For smaller groups, we still offer rental for the 3 upper level bedrooms, adding any of our 3 lower level bedrooms as you require, to provide continued opportunity for a lavish holiday in a suitable space. We only ever rent to one vacation group at a time for your privacy and security.

Relaxing stay!

Our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable at this property with everything and more you could need. Rooms are spacious, great selection of spices, blankets/towels, and dishes/cookware galore! The hot tub was a great addition for sure to relax in after being out and about.

Great stay for our extended family of 11

We had an excellent stay at this house with our family of 11 including grandparents, parents, teens and kids. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well. The house was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Terrific home

Fabulous accommodations. Lots of room, superbly equipped. Perfect instructions for entry, exit and use of the home. Lots to do in the area, including a nice recreation facility, especially for the kids. Peter and Joanne (owners) and Nenet (property manager) were very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property!

Ladies from the 80’s

Lovely home with ample space for everyone. We loved the large kitchen that was well stocked with dishes, cookware and cooking spices. Initially we booked 4 rooms but we weren’t sure if would need the extra rooms. We contacted the property manager and she met us at the house when we arrived to open the additional bedrooms and to welcome us. Great service…great stay…would definitely consider rebooking again!

We stayed here for our yearly family ski trip and the house was great! Very well stocked kitchen, especially for our large family of 10. Beds were comfortable and great space for relaxing! Our kids loved the door bell :)

Our family had a great time in this quiet culdesac. The house was immaculate and well stocked with all you could need for the kitchen hottub and even games! The walking trails down to the creek was scenic and accessible.

Gorgeous Mountain View

This home was set up great for our group of 3 families with children ranging from 5 to 12. Anytime we needed to contact the homeowners the response was super quick. There was more than enough sleeping space for everyone. This is one of many vacation homes we have stayed at and this was by far the best equipped. There was nothing aside from food that we needed. It was a hot week and the AC kept us cool and comfortable. You can see mountains from almost all windows and the deck of the living room is a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning. We barely used the hot tub but it was very clean. The basement and main floor was well soundproofed so parents weren’t bothered by kids playing downstairs and the kids weren’t bothered after bedtime when the adults stayed awake upstairs. The kids enjoyed the access to the Rec Centre nearby. They played squash, ping pong, played in the park, swam in the indoor and outdoor pool and enjoyed poolside fries and ice cream. The town of Radium is lacking in a decent grocery store (the prices were very high) and the internet and cell service we are used to. The hours of most businesses are also strange so be sure to check before you make plans. Not a fault of the homeowner but something to be noted if you are travelling here.

Perfect home and excellent location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of room for everyone (10 people in total), kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the AC was amazing when outside so hot! We also were able to use the swimming pool at the complex 5 min walk from the house for very reasonable price. The communication with the property manager was great! Highly recommend!

Anniversary Celebration

This property was perfect for a family getaway! The rooms were all well appointed, kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc and the side balcony for the BBQ made cooking a breeze. The space was clean and there was quick replies to any and all questions. The two fridges was a huge bonus and entertainment spaces up and down stairs made everyone feel right at home. The house had easy access off the highway and the recreational center which is a short drive/walk away offered lots of opportunities to keep all ages busy. The cabanas that are available to rent at the outdoor pool were great for an afternoon poolside. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

Perfect.....except.

The house was fantastic for a bunch of seniors like us to to stay for an extended golf weekend. The house is huge!! One of the best things that separates this place from others is that it has cable TV. We were able to watch live sports, in the comfort of air conditioning. The only draw back of the place is two of us are still working and required a good wifi connection. It was to tell the truth .... awful. I could barely check my emails, and the tv cut in and out saying the connection was not good. Otherwise, the place is fantastic and we would book again in a second if the wifi issue is resolved.

Family fun Vacation June 2022

Mountain Get-a-Way

My family decided to make a quick escape to Radium in May of this year. The accommodations are awesome! There were 5 of us in the party, and we really only used 1/2 the available space. It’s just so huge! You could easily stay here with 12 or more people. The home was clean and had literally everything you need including some spices, coffee, paper towels, pool towels - the works! We’re already talking about booking again with more family and friends. Very reasonably priced given all the home has to offer - including access to a nearby pool, Rec centre, park and more.

Golf get away

Excellent well equipped house for large groups. Lots of space and hot tub was a bonus to warm up after golf. For a family or if you have extra time the recreation center has lots to offer. We were 3 couples who golfed every day at the nearby golf courses and then enjoyed our home cooked meals in a relaxed friendly way. Highly recommend.

Skiing and soaking

This property was perfect for our ski club group from Great Falls, MT. It is spacious, classy, and well cared for. It feels more like a home than a rental… and it was easy to treat it with respect. We really liked having the option of extra bedrooms in the event that more club members were interested in coming to Canada. As it turns out, we were a small group and we only needed the upstairs. In fact, we barely set foot in the lower level except to access the well-maintained hot tub. Skiing at Panorama was fun and soaking in the Radium Hot Springs was a relaxing side trip. We would love to come back next year.

We provide a luxurious space to enjoy your mountain getaway. All furnishings and linens are new so you can feel pampered in such an esthetically pleasing space. Our vacation home is in an excellent location, with all you need in Radium within walking distance. And the views are spectacular! If there is anything special you need for your mountain getaway, please let us know. We aim to make your stay with us more wonderful than you imagined. We're recently finished the lower level with walkout to include 3 more bedrooms all with queen-sized beds and 2 more bathrooms (1 with double sinks). The lower level also has a tech room with a large living space for you to visit and relax in. The yard has been the current project with recent landscaping and finishing touches to come. We want to create a huge 'WOW' factor for our guests both inside and outside on our property. Also, you can see the Radium Recreation Ctr only a 5min walk away. The view down the Columbia River Valley along the mountain range is spectacular, you'll want to stay longer. And just when you think 'it doesn't get any better than this', a small group of mountain sheep or deer will come ambling past the yard space. Yes, come Relax in Radium, it's an experience you'll want to remember. It's an experience that will have you making plans for your next Radium getaway.
