Amazing location but no parking included in price

I rented for 7 weeks and the unit was good for my needs but it did not include parking as advertised. Parking was an extra daily fee and was located an 8-minute walk away from the unit. Communication was great at the beginning but ceased when I asked for a refund for 9 days of prepaid parking because construction near the spot prevented me from parking there. I have not had a resolution since my request 3 weeks ago - "we are looking into it" was my response.
