About this property

This is quaint Farmhouse. It is close to Lamar just in the country by Wiley Colorado. It is perfectly set to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise or relax outside on the deck for the sunset. It has a furnished kitchen and a comfortable living room. The queen bedrooms have Sealy hybrid mattresses for your sleeping comfort with adjustable bases. The Twin XL bed is a memory foam mattress.

This property is well located if you are coming to fish or hunt or just coming to visit. You have also found a perfect spot for your wedding party to be able to stay in one location.

We do have a no pet policy to ensure that all guests are welcome that may have allergies. Because we cannot guarantee people following rules, we cannot ensure allergen free. To ensure that we do not put additional fees on for extra cleaning, please ask for any exceptions to any rules before you book, please.

We do make exceptions to rules but all we ask is you be honest and ask upfront and we will try our best to accommodate your travel.

That being said we pride ourselves in offering a house that is very clean for all guests.

Lovely and cozy

Located just off the highway, this was an easy one-night stay for our family. Owner was great at communicating, house was clean and ready for us, and we had a quiet night sleep.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay was very enjoyable! We stayed July 4th weekend and had a blast sitting out on the patio. The house was decorated beautifully and my daughter even commented on how it looked like her dream home. The town was also cute and the store across the highway had amazing food. We would definitely stay here again if we pass through the area!

Relax with sights and sounds of the country

This property is a beautifully done country home. Warm and welcoming while being comfortable and conducive to a good night's rest. Memories of growing up in a house similar flooded our minds. The motif was exciting and cause curiosity as little nuggets of local and family history were spread throughout the house The house is situated in the middle of farming country which flooded my mind with the endless hours of haying and planting only to look forward to the harvest. It was a pleasurable stay and a place I would love to visit again.

Great Place

Very Cozy!

We were visiting the area for the annual snow goose festival and this location was perfect for getting to Lamar and John Martin reservoir. The house was clean, comfy and well stocked.

Mule Deer Hunt

Guys Hunting Trip

This was an amazing little cabin in the perfect place! My friends and I went to CO for a week to go hunting and contacted Victoria at the last minute about coming in a day early. She was so incredibly accommodating and graciously changed our stay two different times as we stayed longer and came in earlier than originally planned. The house was neat and the photos don’t do it justice. Will definitely stay there on the next trip, highly recommend the house and highly recommend Victoria! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Had an issue with getting into the house. It was early check in and had to contact wife to call the owner. Difference of Central and Mountain time. Otherwise the house was fine for our purposes.

Well taken care of property

This was our second stay at this home. Just like the first time, everything was great and as expected. Victoria was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond when a minor issue arose. She obviously cares for her property and the comfort of her guest. Her communication was very much appreciated. We will stay again.

Perfect for our needs

Everything was as described. The weather was cold so we did not get to enjoy the deck but hope to on our next visit. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Appreciated the sticky notes stating where things were and the sinage with house rules and processes.
