Perfect house!

We loved this house so much! The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The pool was so fun to have, too! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and home

This was a great setting for a company get together. Good open spaces, clean home all around and great location within walking distance of anything you would need. Communication with owners was great.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay here. House was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking and nice restaurants nearby. It was cold so we didn’t use the pool but the fire pit was great!

Large property and impeccable communication

This home has a lot of space and the owners are great at keeping you in the loop. They even have a webpage with all the details of the home, which was great. The kids loved the arcade games and TV by the pool. It was a bit colder, so the fire pit was a great touch! I will say the only downside was the cleanliness and organization of the home, but I may be biased as I tend to be rather OCD and we booked this rental last minute. The locations is nearly perfect with the exception of being right next to a gas station. Though it was convenient to walk to for some movie night snacks. Walking distance to the beach and the third level has a really neat room that's perfect for a morning coffee or to read a book. All in all, I would stay again with the family! Owners were super pleasant to communicate with and accommodating.

Convenient Location and all the amenities

We loved how fully-stocked and well prepared this house was. It was also convenient to everything - a five minute walk to the beach and a grocery store or a ten minute Uber to the historic downtown area. Would stay again!

Great Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Side Up. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 8 adults and five children (2 were infants). The house was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Needs to step-up a bit but awesome location

The location, amenities, space and commodities are great.However, I would advice the management to improve the cleanness of the property. Unfortunately, the floor was not clean at all. Yes, probably was vacuumed, but not mopped (our feet could tell).Some recommendations: - Replacing/removing rug from room next to kitchen (could be dangerous hazard for seniors).- Cleaning living room sofas, they have some noticeable stains (probably using some textile protectants might help for avoiding stains and dirt in the future)- Add more silverware (there were not enough forks and knives)

Beautiful Property

Jake, the property manager, was awesome. Great communication and easy to work with throughout the few hurdles that came up. Had a fun bachelor party for my best friend and couldn’t have asked for a nicer pad.

Nice for family gatherings

The home was very open on the first floor with a lovely outdoor space. It was a quick walk to the beach and parking for 5-6 cars in the driveway. The beds were comfortable and downtown was a short drive away. The bathrooms/showers were a little outdated and poorly maintained. The home is also directly behind a gas station so was a little uneasy with cars overnight, and busy street during the day. Our host was quick to respond to fixing this issues unfortunately we were in town for a funeral so was a burden we didn’t want to have to deal with that lessened our experience.

St. Augustine 2024

We booked this home for our 2024 summer holiday. We had a group of 9 people with ages ranging from 14 to 60 years. The home was spacious and accommodated our group of 9 comfortably. We found the location to be convenient. Short drive to historic downtown, restaurants, marina, shops, and grocery stores. There is a gas station directly next door. This was a big plus for us as we utilized the store frequently. Despite the gas station next door the street was quiet and private. The main road you must cross for beach access is quite busy and without sidewalks, however people were friendly and let us cross with ease. If you have younger children you will definitely need to cross with them. Our older teens navigated the walk to beach alone and without issue. Backyard is private. We enjoyed poolside cocktails and movies at night. The beds are comfortable. The rooms stayed cool. We enjoyed our stay.

Golf/Beach Weekend w/ the boys

Great house, plenty of space and location is great for breach, golf and downtown St. Aug. Would recommend to all, we will come back.
