Vacation paradise, quiet with 14'x 28' pool and Tropical tiki hut/bar situated on a separate lot between the rental property and the owner residence (during the summer months the pool area is shared with the owner). Great neighborhood. House just completed in March 2022. Small canal in backyard, outdoor swing.. Conveniently located to restaurants and golfing ( Rotunda, Riverwood, Myakka Pines). Very close,15 min drive to Gulf Beaches including Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key etc. There is parasailing, jet skiing, and dolphin tours within a 15 min. drive. There are baseball spring training stadiums nearby, Tampa Bay Rays (10 min), Atlanta Braves (20 min) and Red Sox (1 hour).

Snowbird retreat

The house is new, well decorated, very clean and fully equipped. The hostess is very helpful and cooperative. It would have been better for us if the pool was attached to the house. The pool is very good and the Tiki Bar very cute.
