Great getaway..

When we got there we were surprised at how cute it was. Pictures never do justice. Very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend fishing trip. Will definitely book again if it is available on our next return.

Fishing Getaway

Great location and accommodations. Dirt/gravel driveway is a bit steep, needed 4WD. Just a heads up for future tenants. Other than that, great stay!

Nice getaway

The host was very accommodating. If you are a knitter or a reader, please bring your own light as there is no appropriate reading lamp. If you are sensitive to fragrances, this may not be your place. It is heavy on “Scentsy”and other heavy-chemical/artificial fragrance.

This was an amazing place to stay! We added a day easily with the manager and was just an all around amazing experiance. There is sooooo much quartz in that river. And the hiking views were amazing! It was all around a great experiamce staying here!

Perfect Couples Getaway!

Loved the stay. First time in Riggins. We loved it and will be back to visit again. Didn't know there were Horse Shoe pits, that was a bouns! Neighbors spotlight on us was a bit annoying but didn't bother us much. Patio of sister house was a bit distracting when people on looking over us. But again, didn't bother us much. Overall, excellent time at the property. Very happy with the stay. Nicole was awesome about responding to any questions very quickly!

Cute but Costly Bungalow

This is a cute little house but, after adding all the miscellaneous charges, taxes, and fees, ends up being almost twice as much as the listed price! Also, I realize that there was a big bug problem at the time we were there but I think housekeeping could have done a better job clearing the bugs out of the house before we checked in. We probably got rid of at least a dozen!

Incredible, attentive Host! And that view! Oh my!

I want everyone to know first and foremost, you will not find a more caring and professional host. The first night of our trip was definitely one to remember. The weekend we chose to stay happened to be the hottest weekend of the summer. TRIPLE DIGITS. Unfortunately, at no fault of the hosts, there was an issue with the air conditioner. Nicole, our host, was on top of it and she wasn't even in the same town! She went above and beyond to make everything right. This little house is adorable, clean, and comfortable! Quality linens and plenty available. Blankets, towels, washcloths, bedding, etc. The view from the property is breathtaking! We even got to see deer nearby. We were in town for a wedding but if we get visit again, we will definitely book this property. Thank you, Nicole for being so understanding and on the ball!

Not Impressed

The view of the river and mountains was very nice. It seems silly to have a smart tv in the room when it constantly buffers and then starts over because the internet connection was horrible. We couldn't get on the computer at all! The little single stove top burner would shut off in the middle of cooking. The cabin had not been cleaned very good with cobwebs hanging from ceiling and dust. The bathroom was very dark, needs a light over the sink, and the mirror was a blurred mess. We stay at a lot of rentals, and this was I would say just about the worst.

Cute tiny home

Over all we enjoyed our stay and hope to return. My husband and I were visiting my family that lives in Riggins. This place was super convenient for us because it was only 4 minutes away from my Dads house. One thing to note is a slight privacy issue. The slats on both the bathroom doors are extremely large gaps so you can see right into the bathroom from the living room and the bedroom. From the bathroom you can see right into the bedroom. Also keep in mind there is a second rental property next to the cabin so if there's a rowdy bunch and there out on the deck there going to be very close to you if your sitting on the patio. we did have an issue with something that was taking place at the neighboring rental but we wanted to keep peace so we stayed inside the whole visit. We decided it wasn't a big enough deal to contact the property owner because were sure it was an isolated event. Also note the driveway is very steep and there is a dog that barks nonstop text door if he sees you, he's quiet otherwise. overall you will enjoy your stay, most everything you need is there and they have good hot water and pressure for showers.
