About this property

Enjoy a lovely stay in Texas Hill Country where you can feed the deer from the comfort of the yard. Have fun with the kids on the playset, enjoy a picnic from the spacious deck or the scenic picnic table, play outdoor games, and form unforgettable family memories! Bring your own boat, or rent a boat just minutes away from the gorgeously blue Canyon Lake. At night, watch movies from the comfort of the cozy living room, play board games with the family, or enjoy s'mores around the camp fire!

The property includes a lot of scenery around the outside. The inside of the home is very inclusive and has 3 rooms. One room holds a king bed and conjoined bathroom, and down the hall there is a room with a queen bed and a "den-like" room that has bunk beds with an added trundle. The living room also contains an additional sleeper sofa.

We must be notified if bringing pets. Pets must be well behaved and not prone to digging or chewing on furniture. You must also pick up after potty breaks. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, and a $150 non-refundable pet fee is required.

The entire space is accessible to you -- Both the front and back yard, and all rooms except the master closet space, which is blocked off to help the cleaners with storage and workspace.

Lakehouse

We had a small family get together for my husband’s birthday. This house is ideal for all age groups. Plenty of games indoors and outdoors. Great neighborhood. The house has everything you need. Very clean home. Plenty of parking in front of house. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect retreat

Great Place for Families

We came into town with some friends and all our kids. The backyard made it a fantastic place to have a few people over and enjoy some quality time while all the children played. From the fort, to the kids room with a tv and bunk beds, this house was perfect for keeping them all entertained! We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the great location perfectly in the middle of the locations we needed (Bulverde and Schlitterbahn). That alone kept us happy, but the thoughtful touches such as a stocked shower, all the streaming services, deer corn, and family games really made us feel right at home. Thank you for a great trip!

Amazing!

This is such a perfect home. It’s warm and inviting. Clean and comfortable. It also has great proximity to both Austin and San Antonio (easy day trips for the family). Our whole family is looking forward to going back and visiting again.
