Our house Aviva with 5 cozy apartments is located in a quiet, sunny location on the top hillside of the Bodman district, with a beautiful view of the Überlinger See.
Relax after a nice day on your own terrace or on our roof terrace and let your gaze wander over Lake Constance.
You are welcome to meet at our barbecue area with a cozy arbor and end the evening.

The 53 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2-4 people. It has its own terrace. Relax here after an eventful day in the region and enjoy the view of Lake Constance.

In a few minutes' walk you can reach the pier and the promenade. In the village you will find everything you need for a beautiful Lake Constance vacation: bike rental, boat rental, restaurants, village shop, bakery, butcher, post office, and much more.
Make excursions to sights on Lake Constance: Mainau Island, wildlife park, Affenberg, Birnau Abbey, Unteruhldingen stilt houses, Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen, Constance, Rheinfall Schaffhausen, and much more. Brochures are available for you in the house.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit bis zu 4 Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Hund war willkommen. Ruhige Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu wandern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

drei Sterne ⭐️ gut Lage aber...

Wohnung war in Ordnung nur leider im Keller nicht wie gebucht im Dachgeschoss mit Balkon. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so 100% gut, das geht besser. Die Kommunikation sowie die Lage war gut. Wenn an den ersten beiden Punkten noch etwas getan wird, wäre alles bestens gewesen.

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge

Die Wohnung im UG ist geräumig, alles ist da was man braucht. Das Einzige was nicht gefallen hat war der Wasserablauf der Dusche, daran sollte gearbeitet werden. Im Ort gibt es Restaurants, aber nicht viel zum Einkaufen. Da muss man dann mit dem Auto fahren. Bäcker ist vorhanden. Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Objekt

Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub in Bodman sehr zufrieden. Leider war die Küchenausstattung der Gerienwohnung etwas mangelhaft, es gab zum Beispiel keine Biergläser. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Moderne Ferienwohnung nahe Strandbad

Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Sehr modern, alles sauber und die Kommunikation mit Vermittler/Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (3 Jahre)) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Erdgeschosswohnung hat einen Gartenanteil und ist toll für Kinder. Nicht weit weg ist man direkt am See oder sogar am Strandbad, perfekt für Familien. Einziges Manko ist die Verdunkelung der Zimmer. Da wir nachts gerne dunkel haben und trotz vorhandener Verdunkelung im Elternzimmer, einen viel Helligkeit am frühen Morgen weckt. Aber für uns kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen, es gibt ja Schlafmasken :)

Gute Lage, prima mit Hund u Kind! Super Kontakt mit Vermieter und zum Check in, einige Sachen sind überholungsbedürftig, tut aber der Urlaubsstimmung keinen Abbruch! Toller Urlaub! Würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Schöner Aufenthalt viel geboten Tolle Unterkunft

Ich war mit meiner Freundin und zwei Freunden das erstmal am Bodensee. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut. Es war alles zum kochen vorhanden von Topf bis Flaschenöffner. Die Zimmer waren angenehm gestaltet und man konnte diese auch alle an sich gut verdunkeln. Ein TV mit USB und HDMI Anschluss war vorhanden sowie großes Sofa und Tische. Man konnte seine Eigenen Terrasse sowie drei Weitere im Hinteren Garten Bereich frei nutzen. Der Stein Grill war das Beste. Dieser war zur freien Nutzung. Es gab auch ein Gartenhaus mit Spielen und Musik Anlage. Leider war diese Stromlos, sodass keinen Musik und kein Licht funktionierte. Die Beleuchtung im Garten Bereich funktionierte leider auch nicht. Dies war schade, da kein Licht am Abend draußen zur Verfügung stand. Trotz allem würde ich hier wieder mieten und war sehr zufrieden. Zum Wasser mit Aussicht und Bad Estelle sowie wassersport Vermietung kommt man zu Fuß in 5 bis 10 min. Restaurants und Dorfladen sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Empfehlen kann ich den Weinhändler der auch in Boodman zu finden ist.
