About this property

Apartment in a beautiful location and lake view

On the hillside of the district Bodman, with a beautiful view to Überlinger lake, is our house Aviva with 5 cozy apartments in a quiet, sunny location.
Relax after a nice day on the private terrace or on our roof terrace and let your gaze wander over Lake Constance.
At our barbecue area with a cozy bower you can meet and let the evening fade away.

The 86 m² apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs and sleeps 2-6 people. From the living room you have a wonderful view of Lake Constance. The spacious apartment has a large living room and beautiful bathroom with shower and corner bath, and two bedrooms. Relax in the garden or on the roof terrace after an eventful day in the region and enjoy the view of Lake Constance.

In a few minutes you can reach the boat and the promenade. In the village you will find everything you need for a beautiful Lake Constance vacation: bike rental, boat rentals, inns, village shop, bakers, butchers, post office, and much more.
Make excursions to attractions on Lake Constance: Island Mainau, wildlife park, monkey mountain, Birnau Abbey, stilt houses Unteruhldingen, Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen, Constance, Rhine Falls Schaffhausen, uvm. Brochures are available for you in the house.

Die Wohnung war angenehm groß, nur der Raum Küche/Esszimmer war eigenartigerweise ohne Fenster. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Der Check in und Check out wurde kontaktlos durchgeführt. Die Ferienwohnung war für vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind genau richtig. Die Ferienwohnung war etwas hellhörig, aber sonst war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Alles im allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Bodman.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage ist super, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig geschnitten. Der Bodensee in Fußnähe und überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Wasserschuhe sind aufgrund des Steinstrandes von Vorteil. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
