Baby why don’t we go to Kokomo! We’ll get there fast and then we’ll take it slow. Here at Kokomo enjoy breathtaking oceans views from the 2 full-width decks. Stroll directly onto the beach and into the surf. This four-level property with enough space for privacy is absolutely Radiant.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the main entry level of the Kokomo. Bedroom 1 is twin over full bunk bed attached to a beautiful jacuzzi tub, jack and jill bathroom shared with bedroom 2, a king size bed with direct access to the deck and stairs to white sands. Bedroom 3 is a queen-size bed with an immaculate full bathroom and yes, it also has access to the deck and views of the ocean.
On the top level is the gorgeous Master bedroom and bathroom. The master consists of a king bed with spa like bathroom - a stand-alone jacuzzi tub and rain fall glass shower. The view from the tub is something money just can’t buy. Next to the master is the 5th bedroom, it has a full over full bunk bed perfect for kids to be close by, if needed. Additionally, there are two pull-out beds located in the master bedroom and in the living space, which can be moved to any bedroom.
The middle floor of Kokomo is the incredibly updated kitchen, dining room and living space and access to the second deck. The Game room is located on the lower level designed for entertainment and it also has a full bathroom for convenience. Linen and towels are available for an additional fee. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee. 4 wheel drive suggested.
Other things to note:
High Tides and King Tides can come up to the house - you may also see sandbags in front of property for this purpose.

Rates include: Rent, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc... NO Smoking. Available for rent by the week during the summer months Friday-Friday. Monthly reservations during the off season (mid -Sept to mid - May).
This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The pet fee of $300 is per pet and non-refundable. Please contact the office to add the pet fee.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.
