770 Springwood Villas is a one story, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo that has a lot to offer for your vacation to Hilton Head Island!

As you enter this beautiful condo you are greeted with the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the glass-top table set for four. Just past the kitchen is the relaxing living area, furnished with sectional sleeper sofa. Watch a new movie on the 60' cable TV. The patio slider door is off the living room that leads out out to the patio and an easy quick walk to the community pool! 

This one-story condo sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms each configured an en-suite bathroom and the full-size sofa bed located in the living room. Rest easy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed. An en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is outfitted with king bed and an en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is appointed with a queen and a twin bed and a box TV with cable. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) features a tub/shower combination.

Dine alfresco on the private patio, outfitted with table seating for two. Walk right out back of the condo to the walkway to the pool - Very easy access!!!  

Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats or golf carts are allowed on property. A complete list of rules are posted inside the villa.

Hilton Head Trip

Clean, verycomfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. The washer was broken and while they attempted to fix it, it wasn't reliable. The repairman said it needed replaced. Would have liked the hot tub to be open.

Nice pool, quiet area, great location

The villa is very nice and was exactly what we needed. It was close to so many fun things. We rented bikes for the 3 teenagers and let them loose on the beach and shopping.

The property was great for our family of 8. The online description and pictures were an accurate representation of the property. There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed our stay. We did notice an active wasps nests when we arrived, and I called the main office who sent someone out quickly to have it taken care of. Overall I would recommend this unit to a family that has small children for the convenience of the first floor unit with access to the pool and within walking distance to the beach.

Convenient location for updated condo

Condo was clean and in good shape overall. A few minor items like a running toilet need attention. Bring your own games / family activities as there were none there. Kids enjoyed having a TV in each room and pool was steps away; pool in good condition as well. Overall, I would recommend this condo for a family vacation and would stay again.

Great Condo

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned so I had to call Beachside Getaway. Check in was 4:00pm but the condo wasn’t ready until almost 6:00pm. I was told the cleaning was overlooked by the cleaner. Which I understand, things happen. Beleive it or not this happened to me in March in Hilton Head at a different complex. I was just surprised I was never offered a small refund. The time before the owners gave me a small refund for the inconvenience. I was told “to call them (Beachside Getaway)next year and they would give me a good rate because this happened”. Everyone was extremely nice and I tried to be understanding because they did take care of getting it cleaned, but next year is too late. The last night we were there Matt from Beachside Getaway called me to go over check out procedures and he told me to “wash & fold the beach towels with their logo on them”. We never got any beach towels! He seemed surprised when I told him this but quickly moved on to whatever else I needed to take care of to check out. Don’t get me wrong this condo is great! Very roomy!! All the bedrooms are very nice size. It’s in a great location. The owners have done a great job with the decor. I would stay here again! But I may be a little more reserved about staying somewhere that Beachside Getaway is managing.

Perfect for our family!

There were so many thoughtful details- from the bottle of wine, supplied linens, and toiletries to the bathroom attached to each bedroom! Plenty of storage for making it feel like our home away from home for a week!

Nice location and place

We all really enjoyed the location and beach. It is close enough to walk to a beautiful park, stores, restaurants and the public beach. Wonderful vacation.
