Welcome to Nonesuch, nestled in a quiet valley just 7 miles from the park & Old Rag mountain. Close to Sperryville & Little Washington.
The post and beam house has 4 bedrooms & sleeps up to 13. On 32 private acres with trails, & spring fed pond to swim, fish, & canoe. Dream under the stars, play with the neighboring farm animals, hike trails, and end the day with a bottle of wine from one of the many local vineyards.
You will feel worlds away but the ultrafast WiFi keeps you connected.
In addition, the Roost at Upper Nonesuch (AirBnb) is also owned by our extended family. Rent both for a multifamily retreat.

We have owned this property for over 20 years and raised our 4 children and all of their friends on the property. As we wait for grand kids we wish to make it available for others to swim, explore, fish, camp, and hike.
Why they chose this property
The 4 acre pond always has been the center of activity. Bonfires along the shore on a summer night has always been a fan favorite.
