EaDo 3 bedrooms Single Family Home with Backyard!!

The home is vintage 1939 charming and classic Eado home with modern elements. the home is professionally cleaned between all guests. There are three large bedrooms all with comfortable king size beds. Additionally, we have a working office desk in one of the bedrooms. The house has a very large Modern eat in kitchen with all the essential cooking supplies. We have a large dinning room table . There is also a washer /dryer for guest use. The Home has a very large porch/deck. There is parking for up to 3 cars and plenty of free parking on the street as well. There is also a backyard that has a barbecue grill and a firepit for guest use. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee of 75 dollars. Cats are not welcome. We provide fast internet with a wifi smart roku tv that you can sign into your own account. We also supply kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, toilet paper, and washing machine soap. the home is located right in Eado extremely close to all the attraction around downtown Houston, Minute Maid Park, breweries , restaurants , and all other sporting events in downtown Houston. Additionally, we are a cheap and fast uber ride to all the great attractions in downtown Houston and in some cases very walkable as well. We are also a short walk to the metro rail station.

Note this is a single family home with three separate bedrooms for privacy. This is not a condo or townhome. The house is not a loft layout. All bedrooms are private. The home also has two full bathrooms. additionally, we are within walking distance to the Houston rail system that can take you right to all the fun stuff the city of Houston has to offer. Moreover, the neighborhood is super quite. No Noise.
