This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the pubs and shopping centers, you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property) with tropical garden with sound of the sea, but no car noise.

Amazing
It just felt like being at home. Perfectly placed between 2 black sandy beaches, it's calm and relaxing, only the sound of the sea and the wind. Jil has been a fantastic host, always ready to help! Will definitely go back!

A quiet place to stay
We had a few issues when we arrived at La Perla which Jil immediately responded to and dealt with. The gounds are lovely and well kept. The bungalow we stayed in was a little tired and in need of some updating.

Sonne und Wind in sehr gepflegter schöner Anlage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der günstige Preis für Bungalow Nr.1 entspricht der veralteten Einrichtung. Aber alles picobello sauber! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön angelegte Pflanzen Beete und Hecken für den Sichtschutz. Freundliche Stimmung. Gute Lage zum Spazierengehen auf den Promenaden und Stränden in beide Richtungen.

Todo bien excepto una cosa
El apartamento es lo que se ofertaba.Hubo un problema con la reserva porque tenía un precio por 5 noches, y despues se cambió por 4 noches. Hasta ahí puede ser correcto por disponibilidad.Después de recibir un precio, al hacer el pago el precio dubi 9 euros

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Strand
Wir haben uns in dieser ruhigen, sauberen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand war nicht weit. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Logement LA PERLA à Playa de Aquilla
Accueil très bien et à l'écoute. Piscine et jardin soignés. Logement très sommaire, pas de micro onde!?,pas de four. Batterie de cuisine minimum. Difficulté pour se garer, procès verbaux si mal garé même quand il ny a aucune place dans l'environnement . Mobilier usagé . Bien que la vue est splendide, nous ne retournerons pas dans cette location.

Sehr zufrieden
Die Ferienanlage hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und einem privaten Strand Zugang. Alles sehr schön angelegt mit vielen Pflanzen und Blumen. Das einzige, was störend war, waren Kakerlaken, die ihren Weg in das Zimmer fanden. Zudem hat uns ein wenig eine persönliche Begrüßung gefehlt, da wir so nicht wussten, wer unser Ansprechpartner*in ist. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße!

guter Anschluss ans öffentliche NAhverkehrssystem:alle Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Küste der Insel sind mit dem Bus erreichbar. Leider nachts sehr warm im Bungalow, Klimaanlage fehlte. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin!

Basic und gut
Die Unterkunft hält, was sie im Inserat und auf den Bildern verspricht. Manches ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, scheint aber fortlaufend renoviert zu werden. Die Anlage befindet sich an einem ruhigen und schönen Ort und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Bungalow ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet, nicht luxuriös, aber es hat das Nötigste. Da lässt sich ein erholsamer Urlaub geniessen.

Belle résidence familiale
Un super séjour dans une petite résidence familiale loin de l'agitation de Playa del ingles tout en étant à proximité. Vraiment une très belle découverte. En plus tout a été très simple depuis le 1er contact par mail jusqu'à la remise des clés. Merci beaucoup Jil et sans doute à une autre fois. Eric et Isabelle.

Estancia muy tranquila
El lugar situado del apartamento es súper tranquilo, el complejo igual, se puede descansar muy bien. Las playas están muy cerca, y de muy fácil acceso. Quedamos muy contentas :)

Estancia agradable
Hemos estado muy agusto en la estancia, salida directa a la playa y buenas vistas, todo está súper bien cuidado y tranquilo, por poner una pega pondría un microondas ya que si necesitas calentar algo rápido de comida se complica, pero ese problema es minoritario volverrmos seguro. Muchas gracias.

A gem of a place in the sun
What else is there to say about La Perla apart from PERFECTION. We stayed for a week and love every second.The bungalow has everything you need and is in a lovely quiet location close to the sea and there is a shop just 5 mins walk that is well stocked. Loved it and can't wait to return.

Top Lage u. gute Preis-Leistung
Unser Aufenthalt: 4 Wochen, davon 14 Tage in dieser Anlage. Sehr schöne gepflegte Reihen- Bungalowanlage mit großem Pool, über einige Stufen und Weg in ca. 3 min am Strand. Wir sind in der 2. Bungalowreihe haben aber trotzdem Sicht zum Meer, da Diese etwas erhöht zur ersten Reihe stehen. Klare Empfehlung. Heute ist der 29.1.22 und wir bleiben noch bis zum 5.2.22. Wenn wir wieder Gran Canaria besuchen, werden wir wieder in dieser Anlage buchen.

Nice and peaceful location
Nice and peaceful location with own small terrace with chairs, table and sun beds. There is a pool in the area. Food store close while not many restaurants could be found close (some of them closed probably due to Covid-19). All in all we are super happy with this accomodation 👍

C'est une petite résidence d'une vingtaine de bungalows surplombant la mer avec vue terrasse plus ou moins avantageuse . c'est très très calme dans un cul de sac à environ 3 kms de la "ville" la voiture semble indispensable mais très difficile à garer ( amende de stationnement de bienvenue 100€) . Le logement est minimaliste dans l'équipement cuisine(pas de four) et les lits aussi. il n'y a pas de clim ni ventilateur. Le rapport qualité prix est néanmoins très bon.La gérante est très gentille et arrangeante ainsi que les employés . La piscine chauffée était à 25 degré .

Kleine Appartementanlage mit direktem Strandzugang
Die kleine Appartementanlage liegt seitlich der kleinen Bucht mit direktem Strandzugang über eine Teppe. Das gebuchte Appartement war zweckmäßig, allerdings von det Einrichtung doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Glücklicherweise war vor Ort ein Upgrade auf ein anderes, modernisiertes Appartement mit direktem Meerblick möglich. So haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Kleine, gepflegte eher familiär geführte Anlage. Freundliche deutsche Managerin die fast täglich vor Ort war. Sehr bemüht den Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Den Starnd konnte man über einen kleinen Weg innerhalb von 1er Minute erreichen. Die Zimmer wie in der Beschreibung, praktikabel. Ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Kleiner Nachteil Parkplätze vor der Anlage zu bekommen sind am Wochenende Glückssache da die Spanier aus den größeren Städten auch gerne an ihre Strände gehen , was man verstehen kann :)

Prachtig verblijf!
Prachtig qua huisje, tuin, zwembad en uitzicht. Heel rustig, alleen ouderen. Zee vlakbij, alleen een trap af. Supermarkt vlakbij. Water en fruit stonden klaar bij aankomst. Supervriendelijke opvang tijdens zandstorm. Enige, kleine minpuntje: veel wind en weinig parkeerplaatsen.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vistelsen och njöt verkligen av sol och värme. Härliga salta dopp i blått skinande hav. Mycket trevlig , lugn och vacker anläggning med strålande utsikt över havet. Ett minus:Vattnet i poolen för kallt för simturer. Eva och Bo Lassen Helsingborg

Tolle, ruhige Anlage
Sehr schöne, liebevoll gepflegte, sehr ruhige Anlage mit schönem, gepflegten Pool. Kleiner aber feiner Bungalow mit allem, was man braucht. Terrasse mit tollem Blick über die schönen Pflanzen aufs Meer. Nettes Personal. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
