During your stay I can be reached via app messages, text or call should you need anything. If you have something emergent come up after 21:00-07:00 (9pm-7am) please call me. I’m nearby and happy to socialize; however, I tend to give guests their space. We also have a very friendly dog named Rebel if you would like to say hi he would be happy to meet you.

Welcome to Boho Aframe! Our cozy retreat, nestled among eucalyptus trees on a serene acre of land. Enjoy the convenience of a 2-minute drive to Montaña de Oro State Park, a 15-minute scenic drive to Morro Bay Rock and a walk a few blocks down to the Bayfront. Additionally, we're about an hour's drive from the beginning of Big Sur's coastline, offering easy access to one of California's most stunning natural wonders. There are two residences onsite and the cabin is close to where we reside. You will enter via a breezeway between residences. Many guests find our place quite peaceful and a lovely getaway. While our neighborhood typically offers tranquility, occasionally there may be noises like but not limited to; pets, yard work, heating, construction etc. we may also have tasks to attend to and may be around enjoying the shared yard space. We ask guest to be reasonable/considerate of the fact that we can't control all potential disturbances. Join us for a getaway that balances nature's beauty with the convinces of the surrounding community!

For our guests security, every guest is given a unique lock code that is only valid during the time/date of their stay.

As evening falls, gather around the thermostat-controlled gas fireplace in the living area or venture outside to the patio to relax under the twinkling patio lights. Feeling hungry? Fire up the BBQ grill (propane included) on the deck and savor a delicious meal, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.

We do NOT accept check in or check out on major holidays.
We host a maximum of 2 guests 1 dog NO exceptions. Regardless of age each individual counts as 1 guest.
We do NOT make exceptions to our cancellation policy. It's your responsibility to purchase insurance if you would like to be reimbursed for reasons and timelines outside of our policies. Please note if you cancel some fees are non refundable.
When applicable we charge a 85$ fee for early check in, late check out or date alterations. All date alterations will remain at the original nightly rate unless changing to dates that are of higher value.
It is against policy to make a reservation if you are not staying. We recommend purchasing a gift card and giving it to someone instead. If you have made a reservation not for you it will be canceled.
If at any time we find you have violated house rules you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement. If you do not vacate you will be fined 500$ a day until you leave.
In booking our place you agree that you are financially responsible for covering replacement/repairs costs in the case that damages are caused by you and/or your associated party. We are not responsible for any damages done to your vehicle or any other personal property.

Check out instructions for our guests are; clean dishes and place them in dish rack. Then please turn things off (ex turn off, BBQ propane, thermostat, lights) then close the windows and lock the doors. That's it! (for pet bookings please wash dog bowls and pick up poop)
