Italian furniture, hardwood floors, original art work, heated bathroom tile floors, Large bedroom with queen size bed adorned with Egyptian cotton sheets and silk or down duvet and a comfortable fireside chair to curl up in. Fully equipped kitchen, designer bathroom with glass shower and granite topped vanity; with spa robes for lounging in. Front loading LG washer and dryer. Outside is a covered patio opening to a fully landscaped yard to relax in.

Home from home

Excellent apartment in a location that suited us. The hosts were most welcoming and friendly. The apartment was well stocked with cooking equipment and basic condiments. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. Spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Shopping and eating available nearby on Main Street.

Beautiful apartment

A great little apartment close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Diane and Wayne were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this property. It is located in a peaceful setting in a lovely neighbourhood.

Quiet accommodation near a buzzing district

The apartment was comfortable & spacious. Kitchen was equipped, bed very comfortable and access to garden in summer was relaxing & appreciated. Hosts were very understanding when flights were delayed and then delayed again. Thanks Helen & Brian

Wonderful Stay at Luxury off Main

Thank you so much Dianne for a great stay. Andrea and I are still talking about the apartment and how nice it is. Your place was spotlessly clean with everything we needed to ensure we had a relaxing and comfy stay. The apartment is close to restaurants and of course supermarkets on Main Street. We had no issues regarding parking our rental car for the week. Would we return??? Yes we will!!! See you next year for an extended stay this time

Great Spot Great Accommodation and Great Hosts

The accommodation was great - close to everything and just a nice walk from the subway. Standard of accommodation was outstanding - every detail has been thought of. Diane and Wayne are great hosts who were just so helpful - it was like staying with friends. If we get back to Vancouver again - which we intend to do we would certainly try and stay here again. Great place to stay in Vancouver

This is a well stocked, comfortable suite. We didn't cook while we were here but there was ample cookware. The bed is firm for a great night's sleep. The shower was hot and the towels luxurious. We were here before Christmas and the houses on the cul-de-sac were bright and festive with outdoor lights. We'll probably be back on our next trip to the city.

Lovely and Quiet

The flat far exceeded our expectations, it was luxurious and quiet. The perfect retreat after a day out in the city. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Place, Great Hosts, Great Neighborhood

We’ve stayed at Diane’s place several times and look forward to doing so again. We love this place - the location is great and parking was a breeze. It’s super easy to walk to dozens of good restaurants and shopping. Even though we had a car, we took public transportation to the symphony; getting back and forth to downtown was seamless. The kitchen is very well equipped, and fireplace heating was comfortable and attractive. We thoroughly enjoyed the CD collection and the rest of the entertainment center.

Vancouver getaway

The stay was perfect. Exactly as shown in pics. A perfect place for a couple. It was well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The lovely welcome platter was a very nice touch and we really enjoyed them. Owners were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very comfortable place in Vancouver.

This was such an awesome stay! What a wonderful way to experience Vancouver for the first time. The host was so wonderful and gave us great food recs -- plus it's walking distance from the 24 hour bakery, so breakfast was guaranteed to be good every day.

The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts are easy to communicate with, very friendly, and provided a welcome basket of fruit and home made cookies. The area is walkable with many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Taverns, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and more. Queen Elizabeth Park and Nat Bailey Stadium are less than 1 mile away. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent property in a great location

This place was beautifully furnished and well supplied. I was greeted with a display of coffee, tea, fruit and baking on the counter - so delicious! The suite was excellent with nice linens and towels and robes. The property is in a great neighborhood with so many walkable destinations close by. The check in information was one of the best I have seen in my many VRBO stays. Thank you Diane!

Luxury in Vancouver

Beautifully appointed unit, close to (200 metres) shops, cafes, and pubs. The owner was very welcoming and very thoughtful. This will definitely be our 1st choice the next time we’re in Vancouver!!! Absolutely LOVED IT!

Perfect home away from home

Diane and Wayne were really amazing hosts, as many have already said. Making the reservation and communication ahead of the stay were flawless and responsive. We were going to arrive late, and we were worried about finding the apartment (which has been a issue in the past for us). This time, all the lights were on (inside and out) so there was no mistaking where we were supposed to be. They laid out fruit and snacks for our arrival, which was also very appreciated as we had just rushed out from the airport and it was too late to grab something easily. Especially enjoyed the use of laundry machines and being well supplied our entire stay. We had a nice chat with the homeowners during our stay which just added to the homey feeling. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

A Little Gem

We absolutely loved staying in Diane and Waynes apartment. It was modern, really well equipped, light and airy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The added bonus of a beautiful garden to relax in only added to what was a fantastic experience. Diane and Wayne were very welcoming and helpful giving advice and tips but equally we had the privacy to feel separate. We totally recommend this lovely property; it is a little gem.
