Escape to paradise at our stunning vacation rental, 3 Periwinkle, where comfort meets fun for the whole family!

**🏠 Bottom Level:**
As you enter through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious lower level living/kids area. This inviting room features a cozy queen sleeper sofa, a 60-inch flat-screen TV 📺, and a stylish marble dining/game table perfect for family game nights 🎲. In the back section, kids will love their nook, complete with a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin trundle pull-out bed, beanbag chairs, and an assortment of board games 🧩. Guests in this area will enjoy a connected full bathroom with a double vanity 🛁.

Off this room is our newly constructed master bedroom and bathroom, featuring a double vanity and a tiled glass shower 🚿. The master bedroom has a glass door leading out to the pool and backyard lounge area, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors!

Additionally, you'll find a convenient half-kitchen at the back, equipped with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker ☕, and a door leading directly to the pool area—perfect for poolside cookouts!

**✨ Top Level:**
Head up the elegant semi-spiral staircase to the top level! For convenience, this level is also accessible via an exterior staircase on the left side of the home. At the top, you'll enter the main living room, kitchen, and a cozy dining nook with a built-in banquette that seats 8 🍽️. A sliding glass door leads to a spacious deck with additional dining for 6 and comfortable lounge seating for 7 🛋️.

Down the hall, you'll find the upstairs King master bedroom with its own bathroom 🚪. Just across the hall are two more bedrooms—one King and one Queen—each equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for your comfort. A second full bathroom serves the King and Queen bedrooms.

Step outside to your private paradise! The backyard and pool area are surrounded by lush tropical gardens 🌺 and palm trees, creating a stunning ambiance, especially at night 🌙. The pool sun deck features 6 loungers and 2 Adirondack chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun ☀️.

The covered area under the deck includes large outdoor sofas and chairs, along with a propane-fueled fire pit 🔥. A poolside grill and dining table for 6 complete this wonderful space. The pool measures 12x28 and can be heated to a cozy 88 degrees from September through May at no extra charge, ensuring year-round enjoyment! An outdoor shower adds to the convenience for rinsing off after a swim 🚿.

Beach Access: Located just a short walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance, you'll have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect day at the beach, including restrooms, vending machines, a rubberized path to the ocean, and a shower. And if you're looking for a more private experience, we also offer a private Folly Field Beach Access (please note that this option does not include restrooms and vending.)

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Parking:
This home has a U-shaped driveway large enough for 4 vehicles depending on size. On street parking is NOT allowed. We also provide a bike rack out front for storing bicycles.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
