Cedar Bend Retreat is situated on a large hill overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country & is conveniently located near Canyon Lake Marina, Whitewater Amphitheater, Wimberley, New Braunfels, San Marcos & the Guadalupe River. Inside this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home, you will find all the comforts of home as you vacation. We also provide a TEXAS-sized parking area so you can bring your boat! Come enjoy this peaceful retreat as you explore all that Canyon Lake has to offer.

A cozy modern farmhouse-inspired lake house.

Drink your coffee on the back deck as you watch the sunrise over the hills or relax and grill out on the charcoal grill after a day out on the lake (don't forget your charcoal). We have everything you could need for a fun weekend getaway or family vacation. We also provide high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace if you need to work remotely. We offer contactless check-in via unique smart access codes for each guest which deactivate after your checkout for security purposes.

We will communicate about local attractions closer to your check-in date and this information will also be available in the Welcome Book. We are always a text away if you have any questions.

Our home is located in a climate that is teeming with insects & wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter wasps, snakes, ants, scorpions etc. While we do utilize quarterly pest control services at all properties we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.

Household move.

Our stay at your property was excellent, very clean, nice neighborhood, very quiet. We appreciate your hospitality. We were helping our sister in law move her household belongings.

Perfect lake destination

The house was immaculate and we enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities provided. It was centrally located to the lake, grocery store, restaurants and trails. Amazing view to the sunrise above the hilltops. Absolutely breathtaking!

Great Clean House in Canyon Lake

Just minutes to the Marina and beach this place was great. Very clean, comfortable bed. Everything we needed. My husband and I stayed for just under 20 days. Would be comfortable for a group of 4-6. House was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Host was great and responsive.

I grew up on Canyon Lake and my heart has only fond memories of the lake, the beautiful views, and the kind people. We want to share our love of the Texas Hill Country with you at Cedar Bend Retreat.

What makes this property unique

We are close to so much, including Wimberley, White Water Amphitheater, Gruene, San Marcos, Bulverde, the lake (obviously) and the Guadalupe and Comal River(s). We have a Texas sized parking area so make sure to bring your boat/water toys.
