This is especially useful in summer when swimming on the Baltic coast. To your apartment belongs a water plot that you use together with the vacationers of the FH "Zum Eck". You can fish from the water's edge, swim with the boat or just enjoy your morning coffee.

There are electric cooker / fridge and coffee maker available.
