Sehr gute Unterkunft

Es war alles wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratze im 2. Schlafzimmer bedarf einer Kontolle bzw Reinigung. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Perfekter Winterurlaub 2023

Die Wohnung ist viel schöner und moderner ausgestattet als beschrieben. Komfortabel und großzügig eingerichtet, schön hell und trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße ab abends sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden. Alles war lupenrein sauber, auch Treppenaufgang und Tiefgarage. Man erreicht den Strand, erste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen Bäcker und Restaurants mit wenigen Schritten. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter beim Ein- und Auschecken ist überwältigend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben, der Fahrstuhl ist nur sehr langsam. Ansonsten ist alles sehr schön modern, gemütlich und sauber.

Absolut zufrieden

Lage der Wohnung wie beschrieben. Bäcker quasi vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zugang mit Fahrstuhl (der sehr langsam ist) mit Kinderwagen einfach perfekt. Betten auch gemütlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Geräumige moderne Wohnung in bester Lage

Gut isolierte, helle und leise Wohnung in bester Lage. Gut ausgestattet mit guten Betten und Matratzen. Verdunkelungsvorhänge wären wünschenswert, aber das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand war natürlich ideal, da wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter unterwegs waren.

Nette Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist auch o.k.. Die Lage ist zentral und positiv ist der Tiefgaragenplatz und der Strandkorb. Der Balkon ist leider an einer sehr gut befahrenen Strasse. Die Schlafräume sind ein Segen zur ruhigen Seite des Hauses. Der angegebene Meerblick ist zu vernachlässigen, durch Baumwuchs nur noch ein kleiner Ausschnitt vom Meer zu sehen. Auch die Meter-Angabe zum Strand darf man nicht ernst nehmen und einige Meter dazurechnen. Falls der angegebene Aufzug ein muss ist, sollte man sich hierauf nicht verlassen. Von 12 Tagen war dieser während unseres Aufenthaltes 6 Tage defekt.

Bleiben keine Wünsche offen

Sehr geräumige hochwertige Ferienwohnung mit großem Flachbildfernseher und schönem Balkon.Selbst ein Wäschetrockner ist inklusive. Geschirr ist auch genug vorhanden,damit man die Spülmaschine auch benutzen kann. Gute Matratzen. Haben sehr gut geschlafen.Wir waren zwei Ehepaare und die Schlafzimmer waren groß und hatten einen geräumigen Schrank. Spiele für Abends sind auch da. Schön ist auch der kurze Weg zum Strand mit einem Strandkorb inklusive. Kommen gerne wieder

Top Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Wir waren im September für eine Woche dort. Selten haben wir eine Ferienwohnung in einem solch perfekten Zustand gehabt.Von der Ausstattung, Lage,Entfernung zum Meer, es war einfach alles top. Sogar der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb stand noch die gesamte Zeit zur Verfügung, obwohl die Saison dafür am Anreisetag eigentlich beendet war. In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich so wohl, dass man dort leben könnte. Wir haben direkt für 2019 gebucht. Lieb Grüße Eva und Rainer
