Representatively and modernly equipped on 64 m², the new apartment vacation happiness ensures the guest a dream vacation on the Baltic Sea. Happiness is a new apartment in maisonette style, which was completed in 2017. The cozy maisonette charm distinguishes this great apartment and enchants with 2 balconies with south-west orientation.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches where your dog can let off steam.
Close to the beach & central location
The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The city center of the fashionable Timmendorfer Strand is only a few minutes' walk away.

From here you have access to the first balcony with a garden table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious, first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) with access to the second balcony with garden loungers. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (each 0.90 wide) and storage options. The modern shower room with toilet completes the apartment. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment creates an additional feel-good atmosphere. Electric shutters offer comfortable sleeping comfort.
