The beach is only about 200 meters away. The center of the fashionable Timmendorfer Strand with numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful beach promenade.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, terrace and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished and covered terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide). The second separate sleeping area has a pull-out bed (1.80 wide when pulled out) so that it can be used as a double bed.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with cable connection invite you to long film evenings. W-Lan access and a stereo system with USB connection are also part of the entertainment.

So that you do not have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a private parking space directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in the spacious and covered terrace in the courtyard.
