Refinedly furnished on 40 m ², the favorite apartment guarantees an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment shines through your attention to detail and a new high-quality equipment.
Quiet location
The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, living room and kitchen offer space for 4 guests. Large windows create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a large LED TV. The second sleeping area is a comfortable sofa bed with three pull-out elements (each 0.80 cm wide) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting movie evenings. In the sleeping area there is another LED TV with smart and WiFi function. W-Lan access is also part of the entertainment.
Design & style
40 m² are optimally used with individual and cozy furnishings and leave nothing to be desired.
Parking & bicycles
So that you don't have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a parking space for your car right by the house. Bicycles can be stored dry and safe in our own bike shed.

Current information for all guests 2017/2018: A new house is being built next to the residential complex. Unfortunately, we cannot rule out the possibility of noise pollution and we ask for your understanding.

Unsere Zeit in Timmendorfer Strand
Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Hier und da zeigen sich einige Gebrauchsspuren wie Flecken auf der Couch und Macken an den Möbeln aber es hält sich in Grenzen. Das Sofa ist gemütlich, allerdings verrutschen die einzelnen Teile dauernd, was etwas nervt. An sich ist die Wohnung stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, allerdings ist es auch ein ganzes Stück zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Nichts für alle die mehrmals am Tag zum Strand und zurück wollen. Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Abzügen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Ca 10-15 min Fußweg zum Zentrum Timmendorfer Strand. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung. Ea hat an nichts gefehlt Die Lage ist super ( 20 min zu Fuß zum Stand) Zu dritt für eine Woche perfekt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt oder zu viert, wahrscheinlich auf Dauer zu klein

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wer nicht direkt im Zentrum des Geschehens sein will, der liegt mit dieser Fewo goldrichtig. Wir waren zu zweit und dies war für uns optimal, zu viert kann es allerdings eng werden. Insgesamt ist der Zustand der Wohnung top, kleine Nachnesserungen gibt es immer (z.B. läuft das Wasser im Becken des Badezimmers nicht gur ab, aber das kann schnell behoben werden). Also Daumen hoch und gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Timmendorfer Strand
Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten. Die hat eine gute Lage und ist ruhig gelegen. Was zu bemängeln ist, ist die Stärke Staubentwicklung in der Wohnung. Als wir ankamen, dachten wir zuerst es sei nicht geputzt. Alles war verstaubt. Wir haben dann selbst nochmal geputzt und am übernächsten Tag festgestellt, dass wieder alles so verstaubt war, wie nach unserem Putzen. Auch zu bemängeln ist die Schwäche Ausstattung der Küche. Wer nur Frühstück machen möchte oder schnelle Küche mit Fertiggerichten, ist alles ok. Für richtige "Kocher" fehlen allerdings einige Utensilien. Wir waren trotzdem zufrieden.

Kurzurlaub Ostsee
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist leider nicht ganz so zentral wie wir gehofft hatten , auf das Auto konnte wir nicht verzichten. Was etwas störend war, war die Nähe zu einer Wurstfabrik und die damit verbundenen Gerüche.

Eine sehr schöne und...
Eine sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt. Ausstattung prima, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Entfernung zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.
