Welcome to Beaver Lake! Fully remodeled in 2018, this home was built in 1918 and is one of the only original homesteads left in the historic Monte Ne Hotel area. Founded by Coin Harvey in the early 1900’s the hotel still exists partially underwater and partially above and is a fun attraction to explore right across the street! The home is a really cool 2 story space decked out with modern & vintage amenities! Best of all, it is a stones throw (1min) to the lake! (only 10min to downtown).
