Located directly on the Crystal River
Quaint one bedroom, one bathroom studio located directly on the Crystal River and within walking distance of everything in Downtown Redstone. The property features patio seating with a propane fireplace and a charcoal grill by the riverside. The rental unit also has a kitchenette with microwave, built in two burner induction cook-top, toaster, k-cup coffee maker, dishware, etc.. There is on-site laundry available for our guests convenience. One flight of stairs is required to enter this unit. If you enjoy fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, cross country skiing, ice climbing or skating, hot springs or jeeping you will love this location.
***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 2 adults. We do require approval for all pets and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval.
