A great place for family, but needs some TLC!!!

This is an awesome place for families, but the grounds and the condo could use a little TLC!!! Lots of broken light fixtures and a broken chair in the living room. Neither of these issues spoiled our stay and I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more!!!

Amazing vacation!

We had 5 adults and one child. Loved the 3 balconies! The beach/ocean view was absolutely beautiful! Elevators at resort were slow, but to be expected for a large resort. Onsite coffee shop closed for first few days of our stay. Just about anything you could need was available in kitchen. We loved the lazy river as well as the other pools. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Location

Great Location lots of space! Unit is close to the elevator, but very quiet. Only real issue was the queen size bed is VERY hard and uncomfortable. The other beds seemed comfortable, but the queen is like sleeping on concrete. Also the couch was pretty worn out to sit on. Overall nice unit with a beautiful view from every porch, but it does need a few items replaced. The Splash Resort was fun for our family members of all different ages.

We will be back

We have stayed at several other places in Panama City Beach, Florida but we liked this one the best so far. The parking, covered walkway, friendly and easy check-in, Alvin's Island right on the property, and fast elevators are just a few of the things we really appreciated. The view of the beach and street was great from our unit. The weather didn't cooperate so we only used the beach and pools once but we liked having a covered/ shaded pool for the kids. The owner of our condo was also friendly and helpful. We hope to get this unit again on future trips.

Seabreeze Jazz festival

This place is conveniently located… A beautiful view of the beach… We were only 2 1/2 miles from the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, which we attended Thursday through Sunday. Very comfortable beds and having the beach set up chairs was wonderful. The owner is very responsive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

So much space!

What a great stay! The views from the windows were amazing! It was quiet. We loved this cormer condo unit. There was a lot of space for our family of 6. Plenty of tvs, beds, and bathrooms. The weather was a bit disappointing, but having heated pools helped!

Short Fall break

The property was perfect. We had 4 kids under 3 and the space was amazing for our pack & plays, toys, high chairs etc. The privacy for both families was also ideal. the splash pad was amazing along with the chairs at the beach! The property was clean, there was nothing our kids could damage but it was still beautiful and taken care of. James also went above and beyond returning an item we left behind. Will stay there again!

Much needed vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was great, nicely decorated and there was not a bad view from any of the rooms. The only negative thing we could say, that is definitely not the problem of this condo owner, is that the Splash resort itself needs to do some work on the elevators - at one point we had to wait for over 20 minutes and on two separate days one or the other of the elevators was not working for a bit. Would recommend, especially for families with children as they had multiple pool options for the littles also.

This unit was just as advertised. We would definitely stay again. Unit was clean and fully stocked with all we needed. Master suite beds were very comfy. The bed in the third bedroom was not, but not a dealbreaker. The private balconies off of the other bedrooms were a nice perk as well. Owner was very nice and helpful when I called with questions.

Beautiful condo

We own an automotive business in Georgia and travel to PCB and Daytona frequently for classic car, motorcycle, and Jeep events. This condo was the nicest we have stayed in over the years. It is beautiful decorated, very clean, and the views are fantastic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we loved the lockout unit, so we didn't disturb our family if we were coming in late from an event. Each room had it's own balcony, which was wonderful. The staff at the Splash property were very friendly. My son loved the lazy river and pool and the beach chair being included with this rental is great. They usually cost $50 a day to rent. This unit is close to the elevator, which is super convenient, but you cannot hear people waiting for it. And we always caught the elevator with ease. My husband headed home Sunday morning and we left the following day. We never had any issues getting an elevator or luggage cart, which has been a nightmare at other condos we've stayed at. I asked the owner if we could change our dates by one day after I'd already booked, and he graciously did. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
