Direct Beachfront 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom Condo! Pelican Isle! Sleeps 6! Perfectly located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island! This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and 4th floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Beach Service - 2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella- March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Washer & Dryer in the Unit.

Flawless stay

We had a great time at the property. All staff were friendly, easy check-in process. Beach was amazing and kids really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and gulf. Quiet area and we will be coming back!

Perfect weekend

We came in for memorial weekend and had a wonderful time! It’s just close enough to restaurants and a Publix for groceries. The chairs and umbrella that came included made sitting on the beach perfect! The view was beautiful from the balcony to watch the sun set and rise!

Perfect Condo!

I absolutely loved staying at Manta Ray 413! First, it was so clean! Thank you! The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony. All of the beds were comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. The condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I will 100% stay here again!

Everything was great

We stayed in Fort Walton for 11 wonderful days. It has the best beach for beach walkers. There are many good resturants nearby. We plan to come back.

Beautiful Condo

This unit had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We love staying on Okaloosa Island! The only thing I would suggest would be to add a few tables with umbrellas to the pool area for some shade.

Very Pleased!

I have never stayed at this location when visiting the beach. This was a calm weekend with 2 of my dear friends. This condo/beach was so chill and less crowded than others that I have stayed in the past. We really enjoyed ourselves. We also Loved the idea of the donated pool float pile.

Really nice place

Pelican Isle Condo 413

This was our second time to stay at Pelican Isle both condos owned by the same family. Both condos 108 and 413 are new and fresh with amazing views of the Gulf. 413 pictures need to be updated as they have two new couches, dining room table and patio chairs. The unit was very clean and we love the décor. We sat on the beach everyday with the provided beach service. The owners thought of everything, they even had a little cooler for us to carry down a few beverages while on the beach. Our kids are grown now and very seldom travel with us. If you have younger kids that still travel with you they would love the built-in bunkbeds. We will be back for future vacations!

Amazing view and condo

Nice, clean condo with everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels, sand toys, games, etc. were a nice extra touch. We added a few pool noodles to your stash. 😉 Beach was not overly crowded, nor was the pool. Can’t say one bad thing about our stay. We had a blast!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Courtney was very communicative & friendly! You do have to drive somewhat for entertainment but there are a few restaurants and activities nearby if you don’t want to drive. We didn’t mind the light driving to Destin because of how quiet it was & little to no traffic. Would stay again!

We had the best stay at the best condo. In the beginning, we took a chance. There were no reviews or pictures of the condo yet. (We are very familiar with Pelican Isle Condos overall but not all are the same) But once we made contact with the owners. I felt 100% confident we made the right choice. The overall condo is so fresh and clean. The decor is just what you see in pictures, fun and fresh. **The bed was so good we are trying to find the same mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked. Some of the little thought-of gifts were, beach towels provided, multiple adaptors for USBs, and plug in's. You only need to bring your cords. New appliance, top grade! View from balcony well its the ocean, can't go wrong :). We did reach out to owners twice (only because I didn't read the details, my fault) Both times we received fast responses and were very understanding and kind. Wish I could write more but I think you get the idea. Nice people and well kept, clean condo. Can't wait to go again. Thanks for the fun!

The location and amenities were just beautiful. It is obvious that the owners take pride in offering all the little details you might need . The views were spectacular and right on the beach. The pictures really don't do this property justice, book and see for your self. Can't wait for it next trip... We'll be staying here again

Native to Colorado, We were looking for a bit of beach to call our own. We were first introduced to Pelican Isle in 2021 when friends invited us to stay with them and check out their beach front condo. Our boys at the time were 10 and 12 and our daughter 4. Not sure what we had in store, we quickly learned that Okaloosa Island is a FANTASTIC place to take our children. We could enjoy the quiet of the beach with out spending a fortune. The proximity of Pelican Isle to Destin and the Panhandle is one of many reasons we chose to make Pelican Isle our second home.
