bait and switch
We had 16 people in our group and split up into 3 units. In the description it stated 'modern units' one unit was good. One unit was OK but the AC was broken upon arrival and fixed later; internet and cell phone service were non-existent the full week. But, worst of all the unit we stayed in was terrible. Dirty, including large black hair chunks in the bathtub. Many broken things such as cabinets falling off in the kitchen, stove burning not working, fridge freezer frozen stuck and ice cube dispenser defective, toilet in one room loose and nearly falling off; worst stocked kitchen I've ever stayed at for a VRBO. And my promised garden level with view was on the 5th floor and a brick building - no view at all! with how much we paid to house the 16 people I was sadly disappointed with the accommodations. I didn't get anything close to what was advertised (bait and switch). On a side note -- the front staff team is incredible, very nice and easy to work with.
