Fewo im Süden Berlins

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sehr nette Vermieter, früherer Check-in war möglich, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Küchenausstattung top, Ausflüge nach Köpenick, Stadtmitte Berlin und Besuch schöner Strandbäder. Alles gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Clean and quiet

A great place to stay while visiting Berlin. The whole place is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The tram stop is about a 2-3 minute walk away. The S-Bahn station is 1 tram stop or about a 12-15 minute walk away. Would highly recommend for those who enjoy a peaceful and quiet accommodation and those who value cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Easy check in instructions, good communication with the host. Free on street parking with a guaranteed parking space in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Perfect location!

We were looking for something that had easy access to the train system and was close to the Regatta. This was the perfect fit... just a 5 minute walk to each. If we wanted to we could walk 15 minutes into Grunau and catch the S-Bahn directly or eat or shop. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with.

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht anlässlich eines Berlinbesuchs. Bis zum Zentrum ist man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Straßenbahn um die Ecke) etwa eine Stunde unterwegs, dafür wohnt man ruhig und ohne Parksorgen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Lage: ruhig am Stadtrand von Berlin in einem Wohngebiet. Parken: direkt vor dem Gebäude in einer ruhigen Straße Anbindung: Tram Haltestelle 3 Minuten zu Fuß, welche einen innerhalb von ca. 50 Minuten in das Zentrum von Berlin bringt. Ferienwohnung: bei uns ist alles vorhanden gewesen was gebraucht wurde. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und aufgeräumt. Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar gewesen und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Wenn man sich auf das gute Nahverkehrsnetz in Berlin einlässt, ist die Fe-Wo ein super Startpunkt für einen Städtetrip.

Entspannung pur

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Durch die gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Bahnverkehr kann man Berlin gut erobern, aber abends genießt man die Ruhe. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen.
