Enjoy this Direct Oceanfront Breakers Villa, Deluxe one bedroom, one bath villa. It features a King one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps four and has a full updated kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Dec 2015), decorated and updated with new Porcelain Tile floors and Nautical decor. High speed secure private WI-FI. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it as much as my family does. I want my guests to be completely happy and remain loyal guests for many years to come. Oceanfront Breakers is located in the beautiful Forest Beach area and I believe this Hilton Head Island Oceanfront property offers the most beautiful beach on Hilton Head Island. Activities include HEATED swimming pool, Toddler pool. Superb golf and tennis (nearby), wonderful spas, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

Check my online calendar prior to emailing, as I update as needed. Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec I require minimum of 3 nights. MARCH THRU OCTOBER I ONLY RENT BY THE WEEK (Sat to Sat). Request for 5 or 6 nights is priced the same as a week. No pets allowed! My rate page is listed and rates are current. I manage my villa and have a reliable cleaning service.

Great location and view!!

This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean. It is in a great location. Right across the street from Coligny Plaza which has lots of restaurants and shopping. We parked our car on the day we arrived and didn’t get in it again until the day we left. Would stay here again!

Nice Overall

Good location, convenient to many things (shops, restaurants, beach). Owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. Wasn’t as clean as we would have liked - there was a bloody tissue on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in and the floors were dirty (walk around barefoot or with socks on and the bottoms of your feet will be black). Due to limited space in the kitchen, there was no conventional stove, and the metal plate that is used with the microwave when it is in Convection mode was missing.

Great location!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. It’s all about the location. The bed Was very comfortable and the view amazing. Although small it was all we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach. Just across the street from dining and shopping and an easy walk to the pool and beach.

Wonderful!

Jennifer made reserving & checking-in more than pleasant. The unit was clean, beautiful and fully stocked. We celebrated our anniversary watching the ocean from the balcony and when it got a little chilly, straight from the couch. The bed was very comfortable. There were beach chairs, all needed kitchen utensils and a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom necessities. The only problem with leaving this review is worrying that it will be rented when we want to come visit in the future. Thanks again Jennifer. We had a lovely time and hope to return again soon.

Christmas time

Floors

It would appear the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we arrived, there was a 1/3 of a leftover joint (marijuana) on the floor. We thought, ok, so someone just missed it but after walking barefoot on the floor, my feet felt gross. I started wearing socks and now the bottoms of my socks are black. I know the flooring type covers the dirt but once in a while, it should still be mopped.

Fun at Hilton Head

The property met all my expectations ….. great view of the ocean, proximity to the water and other nearby places of interest, very comfortable / convenient furnishings, and an extremely responsive & friendly hostess who answered any questions I had previous to check in. I’ll definitely recommend this rental to others.

Location is good.

It was okay. The bed and pillows were hard and seemed damp all the time. I’m sure it was the humidity. The unit was very small for the price paid.

Perfect for couples

The size of the unit and amenities were perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean. Seems like previous guests were not sure how to use the blinds so there were a few missing. Didn’t bother us at all (more worried about the light with the sea turtles). But the location couldn’t be better for what we wanted. We walked to Piggly Wiggly, shopping, restaurants, and the public tennis courts a few miles away. We didn’t have to move the car all week. The view was amazing. We saw plenty of dolphins from the patio. We had such an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view

You have everything you need. We did not cook here,but you can. We had things we could eat in paper bowls or plates and used plastic silverware. But you have everything you need to cook a full meal and dessert if you want. Loved the king size bed. You have washer and dryer, always check the lint trap in the dryer, because many people never do. This is the third time we have stayed here in different condos always at Breakers.Just relax and enjoy your time here.

Furnishings

Unit was clean. However, the furniture appeared to come from a yard sale or Goodwill. We like to cook. Provisions for baking were limited to a small combination microwave /convection oven. Blinds were broken and barely functional. TV was extremely limited to 3 major networks and a bunch of old movies. Lighting in living area was extremely poor. Overhead light on opposite side from table and chairs always cast shadows on table making it very difficult to read or do anything on the table. Overpriced because of things listed above

Location!

Great location in the middle of everything! Beach, restaurants, shopping. You can walk to it all. Cozy condo with awesome beach views. Building is a little older so there’s some noise but overall a great stay!

Great place, clean, nice linens, fluffy towels, awesome view!

All you need is here. Everything works and the owner is so kind and responsive. The security man Josh is incredibly happy, helpful and friendly. Close to great places to eat drink and shop. Eat at The Earle of Sandwich across the street. Cozy and fun and great food.

We loved the location of this unit! Perfect views of beach and ocean. Easy beach access. Close parking. Elevator to get everything up to unit. And the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

I moved to Hilton Head Island from Indiana in June 2014. I have been vacationing at The Breakers for 31 years now. My family owned a condo here since they were built. I have always wanted to own one and finally purchased Unit 238 in August 2008.

What makes this property unique

The balcony is directly facing the ocean and nobody can see you from their balcony...Private! The beach is steps away and beautiful. The weather is wonderful and the beach is the most beautiful on Hilton Head Island. Right next door to the Tiki Hut on the Beach and Pool Bar Jims. Everything you need is within walking distance. Condo has been completely updated. We have brand new elevators.
