We had an excellent experience! The garden was beautiful!!! We took a lot of nice pictures with the beautiful flowers. The rooms were very clean! Loved it so much!
Susanne was a wonderful host who happily answered any of our questions while getting situated. The home and property itself were very conducive to larger families spending quality time and having fun together. Would love to book again for next summer!
We had such a great time at Susannes house. It was so well stocked and she was very thoughtful in how she has set the house up. We had everything we needed. I loved that she gave us access to all of her kids old toys and she even added fresh play dough into her play dough bin. We are hoping to make this a yearly vacation. Beautiful stay!
This home is extremely well equipped, it has everything you need for a large family. It was very hot and every room had a fan, the only thing I would recommend is air conditioning. The pool was a big hit for our family. We would go back.
This is a great spot for a family with a wide range of activities. We have a family of 9 with 7 kids, ages 10-25 yo. A lot to do for all - including hiking in Golden Ears Park, great local trails, horseback riding, blueberry picking, frisbee golf, or going into Vancouver. Or you can hang out at the house and play basketball, volleyball or swim- we had great weather so we did it all. Susanne the owner was very responsive, provided an awesome welome basket and made some great recommendations. We would come back in a heartbeat!
Susanne’s home was the perfect location for our family summer vacation. We spent the majority of the day outside enjoying the many amenities, including the saltwater pool (with diving board), beach volleyball court, basketball court, large patio table and chairs, and huge grassy area where many bocce games were played. The backyard is fully fenced and the pool is separately fenced off, so my toddler niece and nephew were secure and able to wander around safely. Lots of comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. Indoors we had space to spend time together and cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and my three sons aged 7-12 enjoyed the tv room in the early evening, which was conveniently located right off the kitchen.
Susanne was able to accommodate us on short notice and was responsive within five minutes on any requests or questions that we had. Susanne’s home had everything that we needed to enjoy five days together as a family, and we would love to return for another family vacation in the future.

My husband and I have lived in Maple Ridge all our lies and raised our four boys here. I love flowers and gardening. Hopefully the strawberries will be available for you to eat on your visit.
Why they chose this property
This property has been in my husbands family for almost 60 years. It backs on to our Christmas Tree Farm. We have raised our four boys and hosted loads of family reunions. We have something here for everyone.
What makes this property unique
Sand Volleyball, salt water Pool, basketball court or just relaxing on our many Adirondack chairs in the fully fenced yard.
