Quiet apartment in the Thuringian Forest

Apartment is located on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest above the old wine merchant town of Benshausen.
From the quiet terrace next to the apartment you have a beautiful view of the mountains that border the idyllic valley of the Lichtenau.
The tasteful and cozy 2-room apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-family house. The living area with satellite TV, stereo system, small library, rocking chair, leather couch, table and upholstered chairs is located on 46 square meters. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge / freezer, oven with ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A parking space in the immediate vicinity of the apartment also belongs to the apartment.
The price includes WiFi, electricity, underfloor heating (kitchen, bathroom and living room) and hot water.
From 01.01.2019 the city of Zella-Mehlis will also charge a spa fee of € 2.00 per person per day. This does not apply to business travelers under the age of 5.

Lauschige Wohnung im herrlichen Wald
Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung, angenehme Vermieter und viele abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung, um etwas zu unternehmen oder sich zu entspannen. Dafür war besonders das Infomaterial in der Wohnung sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren ein Wochenende im Zuge des Rennsteiglaufs in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, der Vermieter rief uns extra am Tag vorher an, um die Anreise zu besprechen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der FeWo von Familie Wilke, würden wiederkommen. Sehr saubere, ordentliche und gemütliche Wohnung. Eine kleine, sehr praktisch eingerichtete Küche, dazu ein Wohnzimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten (für Bücher usw.), ruhiges Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Wäscheständer (sehr gut!). Prima!

Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub mir Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr ruhige, aber trotzdem verkehrsgünstige Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

So freundlich wünscht man sich den Vermieter! Sauber und ordentliche Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht top modern eingerichtet, dafür aber sehr sauber und ordentlich! Es gibt alles, was man benötigt, von einem modernen Fernseher über eine gut ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu einer schönen neuen Dusche. Wir haben zwar nur 2 Nächte dort verbracht, aber die Wohnung eignet sich auch bestens für einen längeren Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist Herr Wilke als Vermieter. Obwohl wir recht spät ankamen hat er uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Er ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit - ohne ihn wären wir vermutlich nie bei der Biathlonarena in Oberhof angekommen. Vor allem Herr Wilkes Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein, hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)
