Located just 210 steps to the beach, this fully equipped rental features all new furnishings in the fall of 2022. 336 offers the perfect space for a couple's getaway with a queen bed in the guest room, plenty of storage space and a sound machine. The updated bathroom features a granite top vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a dining table/desk area. The renovated kitchen features granite counters, an ornate tile back splash and everything you'll need to cook and dine in! Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen and living area, as well as the private balcony.

The owners of this property have provided 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for guests to use!

Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with 2 pools, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has parking free under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community.

Seaside Villas are located in a direct ocean front complex in South Forest Beach. All villas are 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The complex features access to the complex pool and private beach access.

DO NOT USE SUNSET RENTALS

THE PROPERTY WAS GORGEOUS, NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, SUNSET RENTAL WHO MANAGES THIS CONDO WAS TERRIBLE. WRONG DIRECTIONS, INCORRECT KEYCODES, NO COMMUNICATION, AFTER HOURS COMMUNICATIONS NON EXISTANT. DISCUSSED ISSUES WITH OTHER RENTERS AND SAME ISSUES. IT IS SOLELY THE FAULT OF THE RENTAL PROPERTY COMPANY, NOT THE INDIVIDUAL CONDO OWNER. I WILL NEVER RENT ANY PROPERTY THAT IS OWNED AND OR OPERATED BY SUNSET RENTALS.
