We have a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath king suite with direct oceanfront views to offer families! The balcony is LARGE! Located in Paradise Resort, this suite has 180-degree views.

This condo has direct access to the private parking garage: Fantastic unobstructed oceanfront views. The kitchen offers granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space! Washer/Dryer in Condo.

Family beach trip

Excellent location and communication. Property is kept up and clean. Kitchen is stocked but could use an upgrade hence my overall rating of 4. We purchased and left a cutting board. Knives are very dull. Not enough bowls and mugs. Since we had 11 people we used the kitchen every meal and day except once. We would rent this unit again. We had a wonderful time. Process was easy.

Poor host experience really diminished our stay...

Bottom Line: Disconnected and non-responsive “host” made our stay much less enjoyable. Details below… The location of this oceanfront condo was convenient and central, and the 16th floor view amazing. Rooms were spacious and the layout practical. Beds were very comfortable. There were televisions in each bedroom and in the living room. These all worked but were not consistent in the channels they received. The master bedroom television did not have a picture only audio for many channels. A request for assistance to deal with this problem was ignored by the “host” for our entire stay. We just did not use the master bedroom television. The kitchen was modern and clean, but woefully underequipped and made cooking anything a challenge. Plates, bowls and glasses were the bare minimum, and many other expected utensils, pans, and containers were entirely absent. There was only one saucepan (medium sized) and only two skillets (both huge). One of the two skillets was so scratched and worn it should have been thrown away. There is no modern, Keurig type of coffee appliance. The single scrubber pad for cleaning dishes was pathetically tiny and thin. The building had several indoor and one outdoor pool, including a swift “lazy river” course for the kids. Plus, there are two large-capacity jacuzzi-type hot tubs. My family enjoyed these water features daily. There is a lot of CYA verbiage in the listing and much more in the subsequent “rental agreement” paperwork. Obviously, the owner has been burned. But, the language left us feeling a little uncomfortable, as if we might be blamed for someone else’s damage. There was damage inside the unit. Holes and dents in walls, frayed upholstery, etc. We noted and documented as much as we could find, hoping that we’d not be held responsible for anything we missed. The first two nights of our stay were ruined by noisy upstairs neighbors playing loud, booming music, running and thudding in the rooms, and smoking (against building rules) both pot and tobacco. The noise and smells kept us awake well into the early morning hours, as did the accompanying foul language. The smoke wafted into our unit. We could have closed our doors, but we wanted to experience the smells and sounds of the ocean, which is why we paid premium for this location. Julie, the named “host” was not available most of the time, and we could not raise anyone at the management office by phone. Julie had unnamed people that described themselves

Love the place. View was great and all the pools, hot tubs and lazy river.

I would probably make it an annual event. Fit all of our needs.

Not clean.

The kitchen chairs and couch were stained. The kitchen table had built in grease on it. Walls were dirty. Felt like I was in a hotel not a condo. Towels were cheap. For the money, it was not what I expected. None on the bedding matched. Old comforters. Needs an overall updating.

Nice Place... Unwelcoming contract

Nice place, a bit lived-in, but nice enough... We started our vacation with a stressful set of clauses in the contract that placed the responsibility to identify the existing damage to the condo within the first hour after check-in... Implying we would be charged for the damages we didn't identify. Given this was the first time I'd encounter such a clause (along with the "keep the sliding glass door to the balcony closed at all times"), plus this being my first experience with Big Fish... Let's just say our first day(s) was less than comfortable, hoping we didn't miss anything previously damaged and/or "surprise charges" that might result. All in all, though, Big Fish was great to work with and I'd stay with them again. Advice to Big Fish: Get rid of that clause in the contract. Everyone who rents knows 'if you break it, you buy it.' As the owner, it's on YOU to make an inventory previous damage... Not the incoming renter. That clause just isn't welcoming and feels like a 'trap.' Do that, and you'll make a lot more friends... because we ended up having a great vacation with Big Fish!
