NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

This Sand Dunes Resort condo on the 5th floor offers fantastic ocean and pool views from the balcony. It accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 beds. This Myrtle Beach, SC condo includes a small refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and a private bathroom. Enjoy the heated pools, indoor pools, beachfront restaurant and bar, private ocean balcony, lazy river, and hot tubs. Conveniently located in the exclusive Dunes neighborhood, you can relish ocean views from your private balcony and enjoy the beachfront pool. It's just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and many other popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping spots.
Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river, spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. Fitness room and lounge and onsite restaurant. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!
Note:
1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.
NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure
-the outdoor pool along with the small kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the large pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.

My husband and I now own a condo in Raleigh, NC, but when we began searching for investment properties, Myrtle Beach was the perfect choice. Its affordable oceanfront properties, complete with amenities like pools, hot tubs, and stunning Atlantic Ocean views, drew us in.

As for our daily lives, my husband manages our family business's website and advertising, while I focus on providing all the comforts of home to our guests. When we're not immersed in real estate plans and client websites, we enjoy working out, spending time with our daughter, reading, and experimenting with new recipes. And when we get a little downtime, we love heading to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
