About this property

Our apartment is located directly on the banks of the Moselle against the backdrop of Landshut Castle. It was completed in May 2012 and again awarded 5 DTV ***** in July 2015.
The house has a lift and its own parking lot directly at the house
Your dream apartment is on the 1st floor and has a great view over the Moselle loop, old town, vineyards and the magnificent villas on the opposite bank of the Moselle

A Beautiful Gem

A rare gem of a holiday apartment, right on the Mosel in beautiful Benrkastel. Heidi was a delightful host and took care of our every need. The apartment is just as described, with plenty of towels, an excellent kitchen and underfloor heating for those cooler nights; and just 300 metres from the centre of town with a perfect view back towards the bridge and the vineyards beyond. Will definitely be back.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Super Wohnung modern, sauber, gut durchdacht und mit einem Blick vom Balkon auf die Mosel. Unkompliziert war der Stellplatz fürs Auto und auch Platz fürs Fahrrad.

Appartement exceptionnel

Très bel appartement situé à quelques pas du centre, très confortable, calme, lumineux et parfaitement équipé avec une grande terrasse surplombant la Moselle. L'environnement est exceptionnel avec un accueil attentionné de Heidi! Idéal pour visiter la vallée de la Moselle ou se reposer.

Klein weekje bij de Moezel

Prima appartement. Mooie locatie. Mooi uitzicht. Soms maken de ventilatiesystemen van de cruiseschepen voor het balkon wel veel lawaai. Alsook verkeer langs slaapkamerraam, maar mocht de pret niet drukken.

Tolle Wohnung

Super Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung direkt am Moselufer. Fußläufige Nähe zur Innenstadt von Bernkastel-Kues mit Bäckerei, Metzger. Viel Platz in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon für vier Leute. Das einzige, was störend ist, sind die langen Flusskreuzfahrtschiffe, die eine Anlegestelle vor der Wohnung nutzen, den Moselblick beeinträchtigen und durch das Laufen der Klimaanlagen auch Lärm verursachen.

Sehr schön Ferienwohnung! Das Wetter stimmt! Das Moseltal ist für uns ideales Radtouren gebiet

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrfach in diesem Haus, weil die Wohnungen sehr schön und zentral sind. Vom Balkon haben sie eine sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Mosel und auf die Orte Bernkastel-Kues. Man hat einen festen Parkplatz und Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Vom Parkplatz aus können sie mit dem Aufzug bis zur Wohnungstür. Diese Wohnung ist auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen geeignet. Der Ortskern liegt ca.500m entfernt. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier hin.

A wonderful holiday apartment

We stayed in this apartment for a week in the summer and had a fabulous time. The flat had everything our family of 4 needed, was decorated in excellent modern taste and immaculately clean. The owner was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We found the reserved parking space and the bike rack were very useful. In short, it was impossible to fault the property or indeed the town of Bernkastel generally. I would recommend both Bernkastel and this apartment wholeheartedly.

Prachtig appartement op schitterende locatie.

Prachtig mooi nieuw appartement met uitzicht over de Moezel. Alle voorzieningen in het appartement aanwezig. Alles super schoon. Wifi aanwezig. Ook een dag op het balkon hoef je je niet te vervelen met al die verschillende soorten schepen welke voorbij varen en cruiseschepen welke voor je deur aanmeren voor een dag. Alles op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Bernkastel-Kues. Mooi aangelegde fietspaden langs de oever van de Moezel. En niet onbelangrijk, een eigenaar welke informeert of alles naar wens is. We hebben al weer gereserveerd voor volgend jaar.

Super schöne Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier fehlt es an Nichts. Toll waren auch die vielen Handtücher und Bademäntel. Vor allem der Ausblick ist wirklich unschlagbar, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste.

Traumhafte Lage, tolle Wohnung

Wir waren mit unseren Enkeln hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet (besonders die Küche) und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Der Balkon über die Mosel bietet einen traumhaften Blick! Etwas problematisch: die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Durchgangsstraße, wo lebhafter Verkehr herrscht; es ist zu laut, um die Fenster offen zu lassen... Sonst war alles super, wir waren zweimal im kleinen Restaurant gegenüber, wo man preiswert und gut (auch gerade mit Kindern!) essen kann (das Preisniveau ist sonst eher gehoben!). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es jede Menge: der EDEKA ist zu empfehlen, auch Discounter (alle auf der anderen Flussseite) sind vorhanden. Absolutes Muss: Besuch auf der Burgruine Landshut. Tipp: wenn man auch nur einigermaßen zu Fuß ist, den Bus meiden! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt dort überhaupt nicht! Und wenn man etwas weiter fahren möchte: Burg Eltz ist ein wirklich lohnendes Ziel: eine Burg wie aus dem Märchenbuch! Alles in allem: nur zu empfehlen!
