This new and modern apartment is located in the south of Leipzig in a very quiet area overlooking the countryside. A ground floor entrance leads to a duplex apartment with a large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room (with fold-out couch).
In front of the apartment you have a pleasantly large outdoor area with greenery, on which you can end your evening on your bench. Enjoy the pleasant comfort and start from here in the city center, to the lakes and monuments. The exhibition area Agra is nearby.

Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert
Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch im Garten ist ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns gut untergebracht gefühlt. Die Wohnungstreppe war mit Achtsamkeit für uns gut zu händeln, kann allerdings für Kleinkinder in Begleitung eine kleine Herausforderung sein. Kl

Schöne, geräumige, ruhige FeWo
Schöne, sehr ruhig gelegene FeWo im Süden Leipzigs mit fussläufig in wenigen Minuten sehr gut erreichbare Tramhaltestelle, mit der man schnell in der „Karli“ und im Zentrum und noch schneller am Markkleeberger See ist. Sehr nette Vermieter und völlig unproblematische Übergabe. Und Leipzig ist einfach eine tolle Stadt mit hohem Freizeitwert.

das Objekt liegt relativ ruhig , Sehenswürdigkeiten sind relativ schnell zu erreichen.(wenn man vom Srassenverkehr absieht),trotzdem okay. die FeWo ist schön eingerichtet ,schön dekoriert. als Mangel empfinden wir : der Fußboden der Dusche müsste mal gründlich saniert werden , und da die Treppe zum OG sehr eng und steil ist,wäre vieleicht ein Handlauf sehr nützlich.

nette Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut, so dass wir mit den Rädern sowohl Leipzig, als auch die Seen gut erreichen konnten. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Lage sehr gut, Sauberkeit schlecht
Für Fahrradtouren optimal gelegen, Wohnung wird leider schlecht gepflegt, Schade. Sonst war die Wohnung gut. Kleiner Nachteil, in der Küche und Bad gibt es ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, was man leider riecht. Abhilfe könnte eine automatische Belüftung und Entlüftung sein.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man empfehlen. Check in und Check out sind unkompliziert und einfach. Die Lage ist gut und von der Ausstattung her, hat nichts gefehlt. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit. Grundsätzlich war alles rein, wenn man jedoch genauer hingeschaut hat, hätten wir uns eine gründlichere Tiefenreinigung gewünscht. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass hier die Zeit gefehlt hat. Wir hatten Insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Goede woning, weinig zorg
Goed ingerichte woning. Met openbaar vervoer goede bereikbaarheid van het centrum. Veel groen in de omgeving van de woning. De woning verdient meer zorg van de eigenaar: Vaatwasser defect, koelkast niet ingeschakeld en een plas water in het vriesvak, geen raambekleding in de keuken die direct aan de weg ligt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Für uns war alles bestens. In der Küche war alles was wir brauchten, Bad so gut wie neu, die etwas steilere Treppe war angekündigt und für uns noch kein Problem.
