My home is your home

5 bed 2 bath split level home available for Penn State football, graduation, arts fest etc. 5-minute drive to Beaver Stadium, BJC, and downtown State College. House can be rented separately or as a whole. Given this option, please contact me prior to making reservations to ensure the arrangement you want is available. Basement is a fully furnished apartment and is noted in the pictures. All pictures not marked are of the main floor(upstairs). Rental rate is based upon renting the entire house (unless noted otherwise at the bottom of the description). Guest capacity is as follows:

Entire home (12 -15 guests): 5 bedrooms 2 baths

Main floor only (8-10 guests): 3 bedrooms (master - queen, BR 2 - full, BR 3 full futon and queen, living room - sectional couch), 1 bath

Basement apartment only (5-7 guests) (master - king, BR 2 - full and single futon, living room - sectional couch and pull-out loveseat), 1 bath

Amenities include:
Linens/towels/ pillows/ blankets
On and off street parking
Wifi
Pet friendly (dogs only. Sorry, no cats due to allergies)
(2) Large Wire Dog crates
(1) Queen size mattress available upon request
Fully equipped kitchens up and downstairs

*A Siberian Husky does live in our home if anyone has allergies to dogs.
