Located near the first hole of the South Course, this 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhome blends vintage and modern styles for a relaxing, welcoming feel. With a sleeper sofa suitable for young children, 4 adults and 2 children can sleep comfortably.
The townhome has an open, airy feel with one bedroom upstairs and the great room, kitchen and second bedroom downstairs. The upstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. The downstairs bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom that is shared with the lower level.
The great room offers a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, range, dishwasher and all the items you’ll need to bake a pizza or cook a homemade meal.
The deck off the great room has a sunny southern exposure overlooking mature trees. A patio table and gas grill provide the perfect setting for dining outdoors and enjoying the beautiful view.
The townhouse has Wi-Fi to keep you connected and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
You will also receive 6 proximity cards that permit access to the Owner’s Club. The Owner’s Club offers an indoor Olympic-size swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness center.

Great property and host

The condo was clean and just as described. There was a small problem with the door lock but Teri took care of making other arrangements to fix it and letting us know what was going on before we arrived. The location was perfect for a girls weekend in Galena and the condo had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nice and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the deck a couple of the evenings. We saw some wildlife even. Comfortable stay overall. 15 minutes to downtown shops in Galena. We enjoyed the scenic drive each day. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Place, Great Location

We needed separate bedrooms since we’re traveling with our daughter and this was more economical (and more spacious) than 2 hotel rooms. Everything was clean and is a beautiful 15 min drive from downtown Galena. We ate at dinner on the deck at the Highlands Restaurant in the development one night and it was really good with beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

This place was perfect for our family of four. Kitchen essentials and a grill to make meals in and comfortable beds. Condo was very clean and instructions were all we needed. Golf weekend

My son and I enjoyed the place very much. The close proximity to golf courses and the use of the owners complex. We were able to cook multiple meals and liked that we had separate bedrooms and shower.

Father’s Day golf trip

We had a wonderful time! The townhouse was comfortable, very clean, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. It’s central location allowed for easy access to all of the golf courses. Teri did an excellent job of responding to us with any questions we had. Looking forward to staying here, again!!!

Wonderful staying

We loved, loved our staying. The condo location is great, very clean, very spacious and very cozy. I was there over the Memorial Day weekend with my husband, 3 years old son and my older parents. Space was perfect for us. My parents had the upstairs bedroom with the queen bed and we had the downstairs with the king bed. The communication with the owner was very easy and clear. Definitely will return. We highly recommended.

Great Post-Christmas Getaway

This cozy townhome worked out great for our annual post-Christmas getaway with friends. The place was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. Great place to stay.

Thanksgiving weekend in Galena

This is an exceptional property. The owners have made significant efforts to create a get-away that has something for everyone: books to read by a crackling fire, DVDs to watch, and board games for kids or family night. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics, so you can sit by the fire, read a good book, and not run to the local store. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving Turkey dinner. All we needed was a tin-foil roasting pan as everything else was available. The unit is very clean. The linens include nice, big fluffy towels, extra pillows, and extra blankets if the temps drop. The mattress is firm but comfortable. There is a small supply of Tide Pods for a quick load of laundry. We enjoyed excellent communication with the owner prior to our arrival. We are an older couple, so the TV remote was a bit of a struggle at first. Instructions would be wonderful. If you like mainstream news (Fox, CNN, MSNBC) that is available in the upper-level bedroom but not in the main living area. The cable is local, and Netflix is included. We disengaged from the news and enjoyed watching some old movie favorites. WiFi was adequate for our needs. We will be repeat renters, returning to this unit in the future. We have been going to Galena since 2004, always renting from the Territory Property. For years we endured hidden surprises like a lack of firewood, appliances that did not work, key cards that gave out, and kitchens without the basics. Our friends suggested we try a VRBO unit. We were a bit nervous at first, but WOW! What a pleasant experience this was!

Perfect accommodations!

The townhouse was clean, cozy, fully equipped and perfect for our needs. Our host was quick to respond when we had a problem with the hot water heater and a repairman was there the next day. We look forward to staying again!

Pictures were accurate of the townhouse. It was very clean and neat. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. Nice area to take your walk to enjoy this beautiful place. I would stay there again. The host was very nice. Enjoy!!

Woodland Getaway

The location was a beautiful wooded area with rolling hills snd great views. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was the best. She provide detailed information and was available to answer questions and assist if needed. We enjoyed using the golf course, shops, dinning and the opportunity to use the pool. We will return in the future if possible.

It was a very pleasurable weekend with friends. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There are alot of little extra amenities in the condo for your use. The scenery is lovely. The back yard has an amazing view.

Galena Territory July 2022 Getaway

We spent three very relaxing and rewarding days at the Glen Oak townhome in the Galena Territory. As noted in the online description, the unit was modern, clean and quiet. We were very impressed with the quality of the furniture and amenities -- from board games and cookware to a little flashlight to help navigate the stairs at night if needed! We enjoyed sitting on the rear patio watching the day come to a close and then a full sky of stars! Will look into a fall visit.
